The hotel is good overall, but the room and restaurant are too small. There was a rugby match, and the local hotel prices skyrocketed, so the cost performance was very low. The breakfast was semi-self-service, and there were not many types of food that you could pick up yourself. The highlight was the hotel's SPA, which was good, but the time limit was very strict, you could only go there for a few hours a day, and only the SPA room type could go there.

Highly recommended. The breakfast was the best I had during my trip to the UK. It was half buffet and half a la carte. Coffee and tea could be ordered. Toast was also provided first, and then a staple food was selected. It cost 40 pounds per person to buy it alone. It was more cost-effective to buy it online with breakfast included. There were 2 hours of free hot springs in the morning and evening, a total of 3 pools, and 3 types of saunas: dry steam, infrared, and wet steam. It was just that the experience of foreigners was not suitable for my physique, and I caught a cold immediately.

The hotel is located in the city center, 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and bus station. If you drive here, you can park your car in the Southgate parking lot. We stayed for two nights. Due to poor sound insulation, we asked to change the room, but there was still noise from the road.

A classic British luxury hotel brand, the hotel has an elegant design, complete facilities, and attentive service. It is located in the city center and convenient for travel. Although the price is a bit expensive, it is worth the experience.

The top floor room I stayed in had a sloping roof, which was a bit depressing, but everything else was fine. The hotel's underground hot spring is free in the morning and evening. It was very comfortable to soak in it every day. Forget about breakfast, which is not included in the room. I specially ordered breakfast for 30 pounds per person, but there were very few choices, and there were no vegetables. The next day, I went to a street shop outside the hotel and ordered a nearly English breakfast for 9 pounds, which was super cost-effective. The service attitude was very good and patient, which is worthy of praise.
