The environment is good and the room is big enough. But knowing that there are four of us, there are only three beds, which is a bit inconvenient. The service is not good. When eating, you can hear all kinds of noises from the waiters, which is annoying. The plates fell on the floor twice. If there were no local guests next to me, I would have been too sensitive to think that they were showing off to our family. It is a pity that the service of such a good hotel is not as good as the hotel.

Excellent service, beautiful environment and good hygiene

The service is very good, the environment is comfortable and the scenery is pleasant, and the food is good. The only drawback is that the wooden floor is a bit noisy. If people upstairs move around, it will affect the rest of the people downstairs.

The suite we booked was upgraded to a family suite. It's a very British country hotel. I didn't expect its restaurant to be awarded three stars by Rossete. No wonder the breakfast is better than the Savoy Hotel in London. We had dinner once and it was surprisingly good, and the bread was unique. The hotel's garden is also a natural English-style garden, with a little messy feel that took a lot of effort to create. In addition, the cookies delivered every day are so delicious that they become my thoughts every day.
