It’s amazing to me that within the first 10 minutes of being here I realized I’d made a big mistake. Things started out poorly with valet telling me to turn onto a one way street. There was a cop right there. The. Found out that I was supposed to go down several blocks circle around then I’d be in the right place. No carts to haul luggage upstairs. Only one I think get to the room. Only a desk chair. Nowhere to sit except on the bed. Small room. Then we tried to rest and the maid had her phone on loud having a conversation which was heard all the way down the hall and into our room. Looking around the room. Bathroom isn’t wheel chair accessible. Just the toilet is but can’t roll one into the shower. And to top it off, only one bar on phone so no streaming. Forced to use public internet. I’ve been here half an hour. Stay at the Capitol House down the street. Much cheaper and much nicer.

I checked in and stayed 1 night on business. Checked in around 6:30 PM - Valet is very effective. Told them i needed the car for dinner so they made sure they had it streetside. Check in was quick. Historic gorgeous building with excellent interiors, paintings, artifacts, etc. My room was on the 11th floor and had an amazing view of the MS river and the bridge. Absolutely gorgeous. Big enough room - great shower pressure, quick internet, lots of water bottles available at front desk and a couple in the room. Minibar available via delivery - didnt use it but prices looked reasonable. Slept great, comfy bed. Small functional gym, just 2 blocks from the river trail which i went running on. Great hotel would stay here again

I have called this property several times asking them to send me the credit card I accidentally left at breakfast. Each time I have been promised it would be in the mail tomorrow. It has been 2 weeks and the card is still at the front desk. Why? I wish that they would simply do what they said they would do. I have not had use of this card for half a month. Leaving it was my fault, but not keeping their word is their fault.

This is a great hotel .. we had a beautiful, spacious room with all the amenities, great air con and a strong shower .. the hotel bar was great .. had a weekend happy hour and we had a good time there . The hotel is in the middle of the downtown area .. so I’m sure popular with business people . There was a choice of restaurants a minutes walk away .. Highly recommended

So l recently visited Baton Rouge with my fiancé and we decided on the Water Mark. My great experience first started when I was greeted at the valet by a very kind young lady, I think her name might have been Tia. She was very nice and attentive. Great customer service skills! She even told us about some of the local attractions around the city, being from Arkansas, we knew none. That was very much appreciated! Our car also didn't have not a scratch, shoutout to Tia!! Now on to the hotel staff, they were very kind and gave us however many towels we needed! Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you WaterMark Baton Rouge.

Stayed at the hotel for a trip to Baton Rouge & did valet! Worker Tia was amazing, super friendly & fast service. Handled me with great care & helped greatly with my baggage, also helped with recommendations of nearby attractions and restaurants, so definitely helped with my trip! Hotel was an amazing stay first time was an amazing experience, super clean and organized! I will be staying at this hotel again, it was a breeze experience!

i recently stayed at the watermark while the rooms were nice the best part about my stay was the valet parking, it was so convenient. This nice young lady Tia helped me with my bags and ensured I had a smooth transition from my long drive and into my room while also giving tips on good places to eat at around the area

It was very easy to valet. The girl named Tia that helped me was so nice and make me feel comfortable to valet. I usually do not like using valet but I felt comfortable enough to give her my car. The hotel room was very clean. The bed was soft and the sheets were very clean.

Valet guys are awesome! Brian and Josh are friendly, quick, and great at their jobs! Deff recommend using the valet when you go. The hotel staff as a whole are extremely courteous and professional. The interior decorations are nice to look at as well
