[30 Dec 2023] Horrible hotel looks nothing like the photos. Leakage near bed, bedsheet has a dusty footprint on it, whole place is dusty with layers of dust on window sill, bedframe and headboard. Hot water is not even working on cold rainy day! Location is near sleazy bars and clubs with the room completely not sound proofed you can hear sounds of your next door neighbour adjusting aircon and partygoers trying to get into their rooms! It was so bad that we booked another hotel right on the check in day and initiated cancellation on trip.com app at the request of the hotel only to be rejected by trip.com! Terrible experience all in all.

Worst experience with Trip. Hotel mentioned that they could not find our three bookings as they don’t work with Trip. I contacted Trip immediately and trip took about two hours to resolve my problems. It was about 9:45pm!!!

Strategically ideal for solo traveling who seek the thrill night of Batam night clubs and pubs. Hotel staffs are friendly. I would gives a 3.1/2 rating

Good value for money and I. The heart of kampong bule. Could do with some TLC and small changes to make it a bit more comfortable.

The Room was very dirty and even roaches on floor bathroom and even on bed. The mattress from the bed is broken and worn out. On the second day the room has not been cleaned and made at all even when I hang the sign for make up room! Terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel at all anymore!

Nice place

Convenient location in kampung bule. Easy to grab/gojek to nearby malls. My room don’t have hot water for shower. Hotel provide 2 bottles of water free.

Room wasn't clean as much, cockroaches was seen all over the room that i was staying, didn't have a peaceful sleep for 2 nights. Some had been crawling up to the bed while asleep and maybe under the blankets. Had to buy my own baygon spray to kill the cockroaches but some were still been seen after being sprayed and crawling out. Blankets do have stains under the cover such like turn over the blankets once being used. Hot water showers wasn't as expected and seem to be just barely warm. Sadly i didn't bring any chargers with me to charge my phones to take the pictures of the whole situation.
