We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

Hotel Aisi worked well for me for two weeks. My room was clean, quiet, very spacious, and comfortable. Decent wifi. Nice balcony. The decor is tasteful, though somewhat dated. Newer hotels in Batumi tend to have bizarre decor with garish colors I can't stand, and less comfortable furniture. Their restaurant has a nice view with a balcony. Big breakfast buffet, always delicious. I had some nice dinners too. I found all their staff to be very friendly and helpful. Many speak English. I'm not a perpetual beachcomber, so it didn't matter that it is a short walk to the beach. Good central location handy to most of the city. It was a good base for my work and for enjoying Batumi. I have stayed at many hotels in Batumi. Believe me, you can pay a lot more, and get a lot less than at Hotel Aisi.

Our Travel Agent had originally booked the Colosseum hotel, which is just next to the Grand Gloria. When the TA called the Colosseum to reconfirm the booking they were advised that both swimming pools and the spa facilities were out of action and had been for the whole of June. We were offered alternative accomodation at the Grand Gloria and we were very happy with all of the facilities at the hotel as well as the service offered. It's in a good location and within walking distance from numerous restuarants and there is a shopping mall immediately across the road.

The location of the hotel apartments is excellent and close to the sea. It has a view of the lake and a view of the sea. The treatment is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have an integrated kitchen and a dining table enough for 4 people. An automatic washing machine with soap. It is 12 minutes away from Ali and Nina’s body. I recommend it to families.

The room is okay. The air conditioner doesn't work well. It only provides hot air and cannot set up cold air.

Hotel Monarch - это роскошный отель в самом сердце старого города. С балконов верхних этажей открывается красивый вид на крыши старого Батуми и площадь Европы. Почти все номера отеля с балконами. Хорошо обустроены. Мне показалось, что отель совсем новый. Внизу в ресторане подают вкусный завтрак (шведский стол) . Много грузинских сыров, овощей, фруктов, омлеты и вкусный кофе . На ресепшен очень красивые улыбающиеся девушки. Не верьте тому, что говорят, что к русским плохо относятся. Мы были в Тбилиси и Батуми и везде в отелях и ресторанах к нам относись с улыбкой. Иногда молодежь просила говорить на английском. Батуми и отель Монарх обязательны к посещению !! Они оба прекрасны !!

This is a pleasant hotel; the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and come with balconies that provide views of the sea. The staff is kind and willing to assist. The prices are fantastic. Every one of the two rooms that we had was really comfy. The lobby offered a wide variety of activities that could be enjoyed by both children and adults.

The room is quite big, and it looks like a decent four-star hotel. The staff are very willing to help. However, the soundproofing of the hotel is not very good, whether it is the sound from the street or the sound from the next room. The breakfast is not very cost-effective, but the day I left The packed breakfast is delicious

The room is almost a semi-suite room. Good location, good price, and excellent value for money. I've stayed at Hilton before and for the same price, this place is much better. Best in Batumi!! There seems to be a small casino in the basement.
