You could enjoy the spectacular sea view if you were assigned the room facing the sea. Easily accessible and you could find everything you needed nearby. Breakfast were simple but great. I have to thank you for the breakfast provider because I had to catch the flight early in the morning, and the breakfast arrived punctually, thanks. Room facilities were very new and clean.

Great location. However don’t expect any kind of service there, the room that we booked said it has one king room and one double bed when we got there there were only the bed and the sofa. The pillows and the sofa were disgustingly dirty, when I told the owner about it he promised me the housekeeper will clean it but in the no one came. Don’t believe in 4 stars.

Finding accommodation is also a problem ~ I received separate guidance and moved into a separate officetel-like place, but the accommodation conditions were unhygienic and the room allocation was poor ~ Service improvement is needed.

Disaster. Dirty water in the sink, the drain blocked. The bathroom smells terrible. No electricity on the second day. I had to pay €50 at reception to pay off the landlord's arrears!!! Unimaginable

Well I booked this hotel for a short vacation in batumi with my family including a child . In short my batumi vacation almost got spoiled because I booked this hotel . In pictures everything was perfect but in reality we got a room which has cigarette burns and dirt everywhere and I requested them to move us to a better room and after couple of hours we got changed and nee room has a broken bed . So I checked out next day by cancelling my booking and I gave 2 stars because they refunded my second day stay after cancelling.

Our stay is the best we've had here in Georgia. The apartment comes with all the necessities needed for a long-term, cozy stay. The soundproof glass is an amazing addition to the place. The sea is as close as you can get it and you will find a large amount of markets nearby, including 2 malls. Bed is very comfy. Our host Mari made sure we would always be comfortable.

Great new apartment with amazing bed and all the appliances. The view is amazing. You can see both the sea and the mountains at the same time! Also cleaning once a week is included which is amazing! Overall great hotel!

Quick check-in, comfortable and well-thought appart for family rest. Spacious lobby, new repair. There are everything necessary — washing, cooking stove, fridge, TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi. A short walk to the Coast line. Fast delivery to room from local restaurants.

We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

I really liked the hotel, not large but cozy rooms, it was just me and my daughter, we felt very comfortable. The room has a kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare a meal. We lived on the 42nd floor, the view is stunning on one side, the sea on the other view of the city. Everything is very comfortable and convenient, 3 minutes to the embankment, next to a beautiful singing fountain. The location is great. All attractions are a 20-minute walk by piebald, while you walk on the embankment and breathe the sea air! We arrived at the airport at night, the receptionist Marie helped us with a taxi, upon arrival they were already waiting for us. We checked in at 12 o'clock at night, we didn't wait a minute, everything was quick and smooth. I liked everything very much.

Excellent new renovation, all equipment is new: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, induction cooker, large TV, electric kettle. 24/7 chat support and helpful staff. Everything you need for a long stay. There is a clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. The room has a large high bed with a comfortable mattress, as well as a folding sofa chair. There are dishes. The studio room is perfect for one or two people.

The studio is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, two refrigerators (a pre-installed small one for a minibar and a normal-sized full-fledged refrigerator with a freezer), a kettle, an induction cooker, a microwave, dishes. Wi-Fi works stably, there are practically no glitches, the speed is quite enough for a writer. The studio itself is fresh, bright, stylish. From the 32nd floor there is an excellent view of the embankment and the nearest new high-rise buildings. The sunny side is very warm, we don’t turn on the air conditioning for heating in January. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs. There is no construction in the immediate vicinity, so noise and dust do not bother you. The walls are, of course, thin. But my neighbors and I are lucky so far - we don’t hear them much. The location is great. First line. Shops nearby: Spar and Magnit - across the road, within walking distance of large markets - Yalcin, Carrefour, a little further - Agrohub. To the old town - on foot along the embankment or through the 6 May park - 30-35 minutes. Within walking distance are catering establishments from modest home-style canteens to restaurants. The guys who handed over the devices (interacted with David) were very friendly and ready to help. We asked for another duvet cover and promptly brought a whole set.
