Worst vacation ever. Holes in ceiling, hard to get food, rude staff. The outlets don’t work, the TVs don’t work, the shower doesn’t drain. Folks get around the resort by a small tram/cart driven my resort staff- not only will they look at guest running after them while they drive off they drive while on their phone! Food is bland and mediocre at best, but you are thankful to eat between thier constantly booked reservation system and ever changing open/closed schedule. Don’t get me started on the “kids club”. Addressing concerns with management is as terrible of experience as trying to find a meal.

Hola, royalton splash tiene discoteca? Me gustaría saber esa parte por favor, ya que me habian dicho que no pero pueden aclararlo, pronto ire para allá espero disfrutarlo al maximo, se ve un buen lugar para relajarse, espero con ansias ese dia

Excelente servicio, hace que el huésped se sienta cómodo y tenga ganas de vacacionar aquí siempre. Muy respetuoso y amigable. El día de hoy lo conocimos, y fue tan buena la experiencia que deseábamos haberlo conocido antes. Esperamos que en nuestra próxima visita podamos volver a verlo. Trabajadores con ese valor como persona es muy difícil de encontrar. Cuiden del buen Alexis, Excelente servicio.

El hotel es excelente, hasta ahora el mejor parque acuático. La comida, las piscinas y el trato del personal muy bueno. Además utilizamos las amenidades del complejo entero. La habitación super cómoda. Volveríamos de nuevo sin pensarlo 2 veces!
