來之前看了很多評論，也是抱着試試看的心態，來的，來了以後，打消了自己的顧慮。我們原本訂的投影大床房，相比較其他大床房，床小一些，老闆見我們帶孩子，就給我們免費升級成了更大床的大床房，可以説，很有人情味兒了，在北京，能這麼有人情味的地方，又是這個價位，真的很不錯了，被子什麼的很乾凈，可以説，很滿意啦。（我們拿了不少東西，老闆很熱情，還要幫我們抬，真的很熱情，服務很棒）

And the breakfast in the hotel is what I am full of praise for. It can also be delivered to the room. This experience made me feel the hotel's careful care and attentive service to its guests. Apart from the location and breakfast, I was also impressed with the room facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a stylish and warm design. The bed was comfortable and soft, allowing me to get a good rest every night. The bathroom facilities are also fully equipped, making me feel the convenience of home. This comfortable accommodation made my trip to Beijing more enjoyable and relaxing. Finally, I am very satisfied with the hotel's service. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff served me warmly and thoughtfully. Andy, the hotel's front desk manager, not only patiently answered my questions, but also proactively provided me with local travel suggestions. When dining in the restaurant, the waiter also carefully recommended dishes to me, allowing me to taste authentic food. This kind of considerate service made me feel the hotel's attention and care for its guests. In short, I am very satisfied with my accommodation experience in Beijing. The hotel's superior location, delicious breakfast, comfortable room facilities, and warm and thoughtful service all made me feel the hotel's attentiveness and care for its guests. This time I took my son to Universal Studios. I chose Lavande and I was not disappointed. The room was neat and clean, and it was very close to Universal Studios. There was also a dedicated direct bus! The hotel is also equipped with a self-service laundry room, so you don’t have to take dirty clothes home!

The room has no smell, the environment is general, suitable for overstaying on business trips, and the service attitude is better.

Parking is very convenient, there are large floor-to-ceiling windows outside the big bed room, the bathroom area is also large, the parking lot is outside the window, and the view is very good. Mainly cheap, cost-effective, will come again. There are hospitals nearby, restaurants, supermarkets, massages, and it is very convenient.

We stopped by for two nights, clean, cozy, the staff does not speak english, but the issues were resolved with the help of an interpreter. A bonus is a bus to universal beijing Park. There is no breakfast. But there is a place to eat nearby.

Amazing experience at Universal Studios. The hotel is lovely and wonderful. The staff could speak English and were super helpful. It is best to stay at the hotel to have early entrance to the park before it get crowded to enjoy and take photos. I highly suggests to take the 1 and half day entry to the park to enjoy everything it offers. I highly recommend to get the universal passport to get all the stamps. While you eat breakfast the Minion characters will be there for photo and to say hello.

We stayed at the hotel with a child for two nights on the 20th floor. There was a very strong smell of smoke on the entire floor, including in our room. Next to us, there were Chinese guests who did not close their doors and continuously smoked in their rooms as a group. It felt like a gas attack. We reported this to the reception, and the manager appeared surprised, but the problem was not resolved. The room had excellent decor and technical features, almost like a smart home. The toilet had a heating function, and there was good water in the shower (although not very hot, unfortunately). Upon our check-in, the toilet inside the room was dirty. The windows throughout the building were dirty from the outside, significantly affecting the overall impression. Breakfast was very unusual for a European, but perhaps it's normal for the Chinese.

We are a family of 3 so we booked the loft room with 2 comfortable beds. Prior to arriving I have contacted the min su through WeChat and had informed the time we’d be arriving. Took about an hour to arrive from the Capital airport due to traffic jam on a Friday afternoon. The kind lady was at the door to welcome us at the door. The outside of the building is very unique so when first arriving you might not know where is the min su. Disposable slippers, amenities, hairdryer are provided. One time use items such as towels and face towel are provided. We used their shuttle and a Shu Shu drove us to universal studio (10 minutes drive) for a quick dinner. Dinner at grandma’s restaurant and then we took didi back and then ordered food delivery with the help of the lady through meituan. Lots of food choices! Delicious food and very affordable. Ordered breakfast for the next day before 11pm. Spent the morning just relaxing at min su before heading to Univeral studios for the afternoon. Staying at this minsu is one of the highlight for our trip! Love the vibes… hope this town gets more developed with more food choices, cafes and more activities ppl can enjoy while staying there! I want to say that this is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. In fact, it is comparable to a 4-star hotel. The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the supplies are complete. You can also add a quilt to us. The pillow (confiscated the money) The boss sister is really good. We will pick us up to Universal Studios for free. There are so many people. The eldest sister picked us up and returned home after 11 o'clock. We were really moved.
