I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HefengJingli Siheyuan Hotel (Xidan Financial Street Branch) and it was an experience worth sharing. This hotel, styled after the traditional Siheyuan architecture, offers a unique and charming ambiance that sets it apart from typical city hotels. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene courtyard and the intricate design details that reflect the rich cultural heritage of Beijing. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, valued at RMB88. The breakfast spread was adequate for a simple breakfast, offering a variety of delicious and freshly prepared dishes that catered to both local and international tastes. It was a great way to start the day, and I appreciated the quality and variety of the food. The hotel's location in the Xidan Financial Street area is also a major plus. It is conveniently situated close to many major attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a peaceful and relaxing environment, providing a perfect retreat from the bustling city life. The staff at HefengJingli Siheyuan Hotel were exceptional. They were always courteous, helpful, and attentive to my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my overall experience. I love the hotel location very much. It’s so easy to go the place where I want. The room is very clean and quiet. The front desk people are very friendly. I will recommend to my friends.

Overall a great experience. Love the services provided by the staff! It was fantastic. However, there are several inconsistencies in housekeeping (e.g., never clear the trash for one of the days, missing a rug for one of the days, and never tidy up the bed). Other than that, it was a great experience staying there.

Overall was good. It’s easy to access to public transport. Quite a number of local restaurants walking distance.

I’m a solo business traveler from Hong Kong. I booked this for its traditional building structure (四合院). My room got upgraded, and it was a very nice and spacious room. It has a tablet or Siri-like control for room amenities like for switching lights, air conditioning and alarm. The shower is hot and the shampoo etc provided smells good. Dyson hairdryer. Bath robes and slippers are provided. Bottled water is provided for free, there’s also red wine in the room that I didn’t consume but I suspect it’s also free. The toilet is Japanese style. The room is very clean except the coffee table has a corner that seems not probably wiped but I think it’s minor and probably just overlooked. The breakfast is a set (ie not buffet style), and the “congee” is very nice. But the thing that prompts me writing this review is the staff - I travel a lot and the staff here is among the best service/ most friendly/ helpful I have ever experienced. If you want to try staying in a traditional Beijing house/ Chinese style breakfast yet still want the modern amenities, this is for you. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Beijing. Thank you very much to the team - I really had a great stay! (Btw around the corner of the street there’s a very nice fried nuts shop!)

Most friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. The checking staff where the friendliest I have ever encountered in my 15 years of living in china. Location is great, it's close to all the good stuff and quiet in the evening, some may say local. I only stayed one night. Next time I will stay longer.

Good room and service!

A very satisfying accommodation experience, right in the old Beijing Hutong, there is a different world inside. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Xiaodu, smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, and coffee machine are all very considerate. There are not many breakfast varieties, but they are clean, exquisite and delicious. Special praise for the front desk brother, who is enthusiastic, polite and thoughtful. Living here feels very convenient to go shopping, and the food is close at hand. There are also many very interesting stores. There is a delicious cheese shop next to it, and there is also a very tasteful public library. Living here can truly experience the life of old Beijing more than that kind of big hotel. My daughter happily said that she would stay here next time. The only comment is that although the welcome fruit is provided free of charge, it actually needs to be reserved. Do you need to make an appointment when the welcome fruit will be served if you book one night? Although it was delivered in the end, it felt like the welcome became a farewell.

The courtyard is beautifully designed, the environment is nice and clean, and there are Hanfus to borrow for taking photos🩷 Delicious breakfast 😋 lots of snacks The location is very close to the subway station, only a two-minute walk away. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. The most important thing is that every front desk clerk is very polite and smiles. They respond to every request. I give them 10 thumbs up. I hope the company can give them more salary. 😂They are really good at service. !

A very unique courtyard hotel, located very close to Beihai Park, Tiananmen Square and other attractions. I will book this hotel again next time I come to Beijing! Clean, grand, super service attitude, and there are many delicious takeaways around~

The front desk service was very good. They upgraded our room, took our luggage and received the express. The room was very clean and the sleep was very comfortable. There is also a subway station nearby, which is very convenient to go anywhere. There are also fried noodles and pancakes around, which are delicious.
