The hotel is very nice and tidy, the twin room has more than enough space for 2 travellers. They even got cold towels at the reception for their visitors to cool down!

Good clean hotel with a small room. Fine for business travelers. Don't bother with breakfast, especially if you have dietary requirements as they don't even have cereal, milk or fruits.

Location is actually good but the slope make it feel difficult to access😂 Good service and facilities especially the coin laundry.

Decent rooms, need to walk 10 minutes up hill to get to the hotel. Air conditioning is not adjustable and it’s not cold enough in the summer, making it hard to sleep. Food court available near train station.

A good place to stay during vacation or business travels

Staff were nice and helpful, and the check in and out process was easy. Basic amenities are provided in your room, like a comb, razor, body towel, toothbrush, etc. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking. There was a definite mildew smell, which upon closer inspection could be attributed to the grout in the tile on the floor. Otherwise I had a pleasant stay.

Smell not good

It is very close to Shinagawa Station, and you can reach it by foot in 2 minutes. There is also an aquarium nearby, which is very suitable for families with children to visit. Although the hotel is small, it is well done in all aspects and very clean. I accidentally lost my room card, and the hotel front desk gave me a free replacement.

The room was generally clean, but it was a long walk from JR Shinagawa Station, which was not very friendly for tourists with large suitcases. However, there were many places to eat around, and there were also many delicious restaurants at Shinagawa Station.

The triple room I booked temporarily, one of the beds was a sofa bed, there was a loud noise when I turned over, the mattress was a bit thin, and the sleeping experience was average. The advantages are that the sound insulation is very good, the window can be opened a little for ventilation, and there is a small bathtub. It should be fine to book a normal bed. In addition: the location is next to the Shin-Takamatsu Ferry, you can take the 711 and shuttle bus from the Shin-Takamatsu Ferry.

The room is clean and tidy. The location is 5-8 minutes walk from the subway. The matcha snacks are worth buying. They won the gold award. The price-performance ratio is very high. The service is very considerate. I will stay here again next time.
