Everything was amaaaaaazing at our stay! Pity that we only had 1 night 😭 the hotel is brand new and the staff were all great. We were warmly welcomed by the bell desk staff at L1, he was so friendly and it was a great start. Check in was seamless! We stayed at the highest floor and the view was great. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne as we told them that it was a wedding anniversary celebration. The room was modern, clean, and the best! Parking is at Amu Plaza just beside the hotel. Gym facilities at L8 were brand new and clean. Overall the best experience and we would recommend everyone to stay here when they visit Nagasaki! You have to queue up at 3 o'clock, and the processing efficiency is low and the speed is very slow. I have stayed in more than ten hotels in Kyushu, and this is the only one that collects deposits. I had a cup of latte at the lobby bar for 1,700 yuan. The machine-made latte was very unpalatable, with only milk foam but no milk. At this price, you can have a set meal in the mall. The mall next to it has old and new buildings with good selection of goods at reasonable prices, and there are restaurants, which is very good to shop. It is not far from Nagasaki Port, Chinatown, Glover Garden Catholic Church and other scenic spots. I also passed by the art gallery on my way back to the hotel and went in to see the exhibition.
