CitiGO Hotel, Sanlitun, Beijing Reviews

As I checked in quite late, the rooms with the window were all allocated to those who checked in early. After chrcking the given room (w/o window), I have requested a room upgrade with an additional fee. The room was stuffy with the central heater. Both my wife and I can't bear the heat, although it's winter. Breakfast has many choices. Quite location. The room is very small for 2 people. Quite near to subway and shopping place Sanlitun.

We use that hotel as a stop over. Mostly to come in and go out to Europe. The problem is, that the warm water needs nearly 10 minutes to come. That should be changed because of water waste.

This is so far one of the best hotel I stay in China with kids. Beside the inconvenience of subway about 15min walk from the hotel, everything else is perfect. The shopping street is just about 5min walk away. There are few restaurants, aamd also a mini supermarket at the back of the hotel. The hotel provide free breakfast and supper from 2200H to 2300H. Good food for a hotel standard. Free self service laundry too. It’s an innovation hotel with automation throughout the hotel. Will visit again when in Beijing.

Located in a central place. Fairly new hotel with an unused kind of room division. Friendly staff, to recommend

The location was perfect for what I was there for. Big shopping centers within walking distance. Room is quite small but clean. Convenient laundry facilities to wash your own clothes.

Close to taikoo area, nice location, good and clean and the room is spacious

In general the hotel is OK, very good location close to all what you will need. Staff are nice and helpful. Not everybody speaks English. The room is small but the bed is comfortable.

Service is good, breakfast is western and Chinese cuisine are available. And moreover this hotel located in city center. Around lots of mall and shopping complex are there.

Convenient hotel near embassies. For a quick trip. Rooms are small. No place for wardrobe. Good for staying 1 night. No seat nor desk for working in the computer.

Enjoyed our stay. Although front desk staff communicate only by the means of Alipay translator, they are very attentive, helpful and patient, ready to fulfill any request. The breakfast is quite varied and tasty. Free wonton meal for supper (a perk you don't see much in other places). The bed and linen are clean, the room is made up every day. A large TV, although all the channels are only Chinese. The location is good, 5-7 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. 2 supermarkets and lots of eateries around. A few malls within a 10-min walk.

Modern room, high tech and comfortable bed. Near sanlitun shopping area. Highly recommended.
