I'm a delighted customer. I was satisfied with everything about the Wellington Apartment Hotel. Will definitely book it again.

The staff are very helpful and cheerful. Free parking is a plus. Room is spacious

Hotel a bit dated. Hardly anyone at the front. It’s an OK stay, granted we weren’t physically there much.

Good location, staffs are nice and attentive. The amenities was old , busy maintenance well. Good value for many as I am looking for the apartment with kitchen .

On arrival, there was no booking. Cancelled dates, however, were located by reception. The dates booked was arrive 11th and check out on the 12th . This booking had been changed and trip.com sent confirmation. This had not been recorded. not the fault of the Wellington, but yours. Receptionist was able to retrieve payment for 10th. There is still another payment that has been taken from our account. I was promised this would be refunded in 10 to 14 days. I will be waiting for this. Fortunately, there was one room vacant and we did have a bed for the night. I will not be using trip.com for any further bookings. The Wellington is in need of some updating. Chairs in room were average. Mattress should be replaced. Showers should be updated. The Tv would not connect to any free to air channels without major interference. Luckily Netflix worked. Providing a continental breakfast for over nighters would be appreciated and hopefully a restaurant will be reinstated.I have been staying there occasionally for twenty-two years and see the detioration of what was/ could be a four-star accommodation.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is of moderate firmness and softness, making it a comfortable sleep. The location of the apartment is a bit far from the main urban attractions. If you don't have a car, you need to take a bus to get there. However, there are also good views by the nearby river, which is only a 10-minute walk away.

The cleaning is very, very bad (On the first day, they only emptied the trash can, and after that, they didn't even clean up the trash) 5. They never listened to my requests (I asked them to change the bedding, but they didn't change it even once for 4 days) 6. The noise is very, very bad (cars, airplanes, people) 7. The shower is not good (the water temperature goes up and down) 8. The pictures I saw before booking and the actual facility I saw when I went there felt a little different.
