We stayed here for 3 days but I wouldn’t recommend staying here for any longer. It was right next to the train station which was convenient but the room was outdated. House keeping was non existent. They didn’t clean when we requested they come - just fluffed a duvet. The room felt very dusty as did the carpet. We even told reception to clear the shared coffee station upstairs as it was dirty, full of dirty mugs, dirty work top, dirty coffee jugs and has been like that since we arrived, the lady at the desk brazenly said “housekeeping are doing that”. But they did not. Acom should invest more in to this hotel to modernise it.

Good location, near the train station, convenient for traveling to various places, but may be a bit far from tourist attractions in the city center.

We attempted to check in slightly before 3pm. We're told that the room was not ready and asked to wait. Meanwhile, they were changing crews. So, there's discontinuation. Almost an hour of waiting, nothing happened. But we saw a few guests who came later got their rooms. So, we approached the reception again... Only then, we got our room... Sigh!!!

Checkin staff was friendly and helpful . Hotel location was superb , very near to Vienna Train station . There are plenty of food options nearby to the hotel . Breakfast spread was good as well .

It is only a few steps away from the train station, which is very convenient for going to or from the airport. The room is clean and tidy, with free bottled water, which is very friendly for those guests staying at night, so they don't need to go out to buy water. You can store your luggage without charging money. Jelena and Peter at the front desk gave me great help, especially Jelena helped me take a photo of my ID card on the Ryanair official website for authentication. The three of us worked for almost an hour and couldn't authenticate it, but it really touched me. Thank you for trying your best to help me and also suggested that I go to the airport to negotiate. Finally, I returned to the room and passed the authentication at more than 10 o'clock in the evening. I went downstairs to thank them for their help and helped me print out the boarding pass. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to go to Vienna later.

The location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the train station. There are many supermarkets nearby. The room is simple and clean, but the lighting in the room is dim. The front desk is polite and kind. It is worth recommending at this price.

Clean and convenient, great location, saves you from dragging your luggage, warm service, clean room, big enough bed, not crowded for two adults and one child, very quiet at night

Close to the central train station, convenient for travel, luggage storage is available, free hot tea is provided in the lobby, and free coffee is provided on the floors. Good value for money!

This price is near the train station, with convenient transportation. There is a pedestrian street behind it. The hotel has self-service coffee and hot water. What bicycles are needed?

My stay was very good! The hotel is ideally located close to major attractions and easily accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities. The breakfast choices are varied and delicious. The service staff was friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. All in all, this is a recommended accommodation option!
