The hotel is like apartment service, located outside wtown area(5-10 mins by car). There have a free car service for pick up-drop off along of stay. I contacted with them via wechat(use translate). The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is wide and clean, beautiful view of Simatai great wall. But our bathroom hot water didn't work.

It was simply amazing. The room gives provides you a view of The Great Wall and it lokks even better under the night sky when it's all lit up. As an added bonus there is balcony where you can just sit and enjoy the view sipping coffe, reading a novel or even enjoying a meal. The hotel is located near Wtown which is also a must go to place. The bed is super comfy too. The area surrounding the hotel is super nice too, very green, rather pretty.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at for the service available. Since the resort is rather a little bit away from the main water town, the views are stunning, able to see the great wall and the entire township. The service is fast and they answer any of your questions. Options for food delivery and all! They will also drive you free of charge to the town below at anytime during the day on request

I recently stayed at Wtown Cloud Dream Resorts and was very pleased with their service and overall experience. The pickup service from the station was exceptional. The hotel staff were prompt and courteous, making the transfer to the resort smooth and hassle-free. This level of service was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The resort itself is located about a 10-minute drive from Wtown. While it’s not right in the heart of Wtown, the short drive was a small trade-off for the tranquility and comfort offered by the resort. The serene environment and beautiful surroundings made it worth the distance. Overall, Wtown Cloud Dream Resorts provides great service and a peaceful retreat just a short drive from Wtown. I recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Wtown with the added comfort and service of this lovely resort.

The location mentioned in the voucher is far different from the places where we stayed. 地址，文不対址。 Luckily that they provide shuttle services efficiently from the place where we stayed to the designated spot. My comment: they should provide accurate details of the address where guest locate accurately without unnecessary time consuming and inconveniently, especially since you are chartering a taxi.

The host was very accommodating, patient and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, fashionable and beautiful. I highly recommended.

Superb with very. Clean, convenient to access from the Simatai ticket center, with walking distance. Great room equipped with kitchen facilities, fridge, bathroom with full equipped utensils. Just bring your clothes and stay! For foreigners you need to contact the hotel agent for the room number with accessible codes , contact trip.com agent if you dont have Chinese mobile number they will give you hotel’s agen wechat to contact directly to the hotel. The building is look like the apartments that someone sub-lease for jotel business. Highly recommended.

A wonderful view on the Chinese Wall! We had a perfect stay. The rooms offers some toys for the kids, that was gorgeous! And thank a lot for the kind support in every case. The Apartment is located a bit outside the town, but it’s a nice walk down. And the staff offers a transport for you, when you need to go to the Scenic Area.

The house is clean & comfortable. Location is strategic & near to Gubei Water Town. 小趙is very responsive & friendly, he fetched us from our drop off point & drove us to/from the water town. 👍🏻
