I’m a foreigner & recently stayed at this hotel. The location is superb, with a supermarket, shops, and various dining options nearby. The setup is like an Airbnb apartment with basic amenities and no daily housekeeping but maybe it could be arranged upon request. Their level of service was exceptional. They were always available and willing to attend to any request promptly. Our TV was broken, they immediately swapped it out for a working one, which was impressive and greatly appreciated. I would give them a solid 5-star rating for their efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prompt service and convenient location.

Not a real hotel. There’s no lobby and you are only interacting with the manager via WeChat. The room is very essential and you have to explicitly ask for the bed to be done. In the other hand, the location is perfect and the price is convenient. Good for a one-night stay.

Cheap for a reason. No reception - you have to contact someone in advance via WeChat to get into your room, assuming of course you can find then get into the building. The TV in the room didn't work, the shower leaked (at least the water was hot) and the air con in the main room didn't work properly. The free cockroaches and mosquitoes were a nice touch, though.

The hotel is in a very good location, lots of places to eat and explore. The apartment was spacious and clean….I would definitely recommend it!

The entire floor of the hotel is one family, which is safe and the room is very clean. And the room is very large. The projection inside is also great. You can watch movies in the room without going out when it rains. The housekeeper is enthusiastic! Can help us solve some small problems! Highly recommended for living

The room temperature in this hotel is the most comfortable. The others are very stuffy. Be prepared when you come to Beijing. Pajamas are enough. The floor heating in every hotel is very hot and cannot be turned down. The price and location of the hotel in Beijing are indeed very cost-effective. It is right in Guomao. It is very convenient to travel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the CCTV Building. It only takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to other places, 20 yuan, and 50 yuan to Huanwan. I have never tried taking the subway, because Beijing is very expensive and walking around everywhere is tiring, and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the subway from the hotel. It's far away, so the money you save by staying here and taking a taxi is very cost-effective. The only thing is that I don't know if I need to notify the store to clean it. After staying for three days, no one cleaned or took away the trash, but overall I am very satisfied.

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. It should not have facial recognition. It is a bit troublesome to get in and out of the elevator. You have to wait for other guests to come out before you can get in and take the elevator to the room. The hotel is a bit far from the subway station. It used to be a bustling downtown, but now it has become a bit deserted. There are not many restaurants nearby, but a few bars. Maybe I arrived a little late, and the room I was given was different from the room type I booked online, but the room was still spacious, quiet and comfortable.
