The service was excellent. It's very easy to reach tourist attractions both by walking and also by the metro. The staff was very caring.

Great location, helpful staff. Communication not available in any other language but worked fine with translator apps. Slightly dated but comfortable and affordable.

Easy to find the hotel. Clean, the room is not too old as per others reviews said. If your don't speak Chiniese, just turn on Google translate they understand. Enjoy stay here!

First day when I check in the room was not in a good condition , they refused to change my room . So I contacted trip.com call support ask for help , the next day morning they changed my room . Thanks to trip.com negotiations to the hotel agent. Travel confident with trip.com 👍🏻

Generally fine but shower was not up to standard; location was good

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. Hotel is quite near from subway line 1 and 10. The airport shuttle bus ticket counter was in front of hotel. But room was not very clean. There was plenty of dust in every corner and sofas were dirty. The room size was smaller than it indicated in the website.

room’s lightning is broken so have to sleep with lights on but thankfully the staff came to help

The lady at the front desk really looked like she didn't like staying here. There was a dirty dish in the room. I told the housekeeping staff about it and they said they didn't need it. Why put it there to disgust people?

I stayed here in 2018 and again in 2019. The epidemic did not come back later, so I did not look at other hotels this year and booked here directly. The hotel does not look different, the bathroom is very clean, the front desk and floor waiters are very enthusiastic, the nearby Chengxiang Shopping Center and Cuiwei are convenient for dining, and the subway goes directly to Tiananmen Square.

The hotel is terrible. The hygiene is terrible, and the bathroom is full of bugs. The hardware is terrible, the air conditioner cannot be adjusted, and Beijing is very hot. The air conditioner is very noisy. The room is very humid. The service is terrible, and the room attendant keeps emphasizing that the air conditioner cannot be adjusted. I asked her to take away the unused pillows, and she just said, "Just put it in the cupboard." Pictures 1-3 are the bugs in the bathroom. Pictures 4-5 are the unadjustable air conditioner. Pictures speak louder than words!!!

The hotel is a bit old and a bit shabby, but the waiters are professional and enthusiastic, and the rooms are clean. There are many restaurants and shopping malls around the hotel, and the location is quite good. There is a bus stop outside, and it is only a five-minute walk from the intersection of Metro Line 10 and Line 1 Gongzhufen Station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Military Museum, and it is also very close to Yuyuantan Park.
