We liked the hotel. The receptionists speak poor English, but they always helped through a translator. The breakfasts are wonderful. The nearest metro is 15-20 minutes away, which is a bit too much. The room is clean, the bed linen was changed, and a new bottle of drinking water was given out every day. There was shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom. The downside is the lack of wardrobes or bedside tables. There are 2 hangers for each guest, a stand for a suitcase or bag.

The hotel is located within the second ring road of Beijing, close to the attractions (Forbidden City, National Museum, Jingshan Park) by taxi. The service staff is very friendly and greets you as soon as you meet them. Although the room is on the roadside, it is not noisy at all. I will choose it again next time I go to Beijing. It is about 1 km away from the subway station (Line 7). Behind the hotel is the ruins of the Ming Great Wall, which is worth recommending.

Objectively speaking, the sanitation is OK, and the facilities are average. The service is poor. I left a message before, asking for a high-rise, quiet room, and the hotel replied that it was OK. I arrived at the hotel very late that night, and was given a room. When I went in and looked at the picture, the window belonged to the floor, and the air conditioner was buzzing! Forget about ventilation. I asked for a change of room, and was told that there was no room. The female waiter at the front desk spoke very toughly, saying that she would upgrade for free. It means that I have to accept it with gratitude! I called Ctrip to coordinate, and Ctrip customer service contacted the front desk, and I heard it next to me. The waiter still said the same thing, there was no room, and upgraded for free. She also said that she was new and didn't know the room type. There was no apology in this process, and she was very confident. Ctrip helped to coordinate to change hotels, but there was no room in the all-season hotel upstairs, and the others were far away. It was too late to bring the children, so I stayed for one night! The rest can be negotiated. The poor service attitude is the most unbearable. Spending money to stay in a hotel, reasonable requests, not solving the problem, and finding excuses to shirk the responsibility, it is really speechless.

The staff is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The hotel is in a good location, within 5 kilometers of the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, and the Temple of Heaven, and directly connected to the Global Metro Line 7. Although the hotel breakfast is not varied, it tastes good.

Two adults and two children came to Beijing to play and stayed for six nights. The hotel is not far from the core attractions. The facilities are smart, clean and sanitary, the service is thoughtful, and the laundry room is very convenient. It was a very satisfactory accommodation experience.
