Hotel was great, they provide complimentary items like yoghurt and Chinese herbs to make a footbath that guests can help themselves to. Rooms were really spacious too. But the one thing that stood out the most is the staff’s service - all the staff we encountered during our stay were very cheerful, hospitable and helpful. Would definitely stay again at Blossom House next time we are in Beijing.

I made the right choice, this hotel is simply gorgeous! It's located amongst the Houhai hutongs and has direct access to the lake! A 15 minutes stroll and you are in Bar Street and the 2 underground stations to the main Beijing attractions. The rooms are modern and luxurious, the staff young and friendly. A particular mention to the hotel's restaurant, the Fork, in the green inner courtyard: top international cousine at affordable prices.

We enjoyed our 3-day stay at Blossom House - Houhai Beijing and strongly recommend it for the reasons of super friendly staff, clean facilities, great location, and unique design of the building/rooms. Each of the staff was always ready to greet and help you whenever they meet you! Special shout-outs to Dongna, who was so patient to teach us the handcraft arts and stayed with us for over 3 hours to finish the project; coach Wang who gave us our first Taichi class with clear explanation of the purpose of each move; Li Fan for her flexibility and dedication of cleaning our rooms, and Gaohui for helping us on carrying out multiple pieces of luggage and walked with me to fetch my critical documents I left in the room after I checked out. Last but definitely not least, Manager Wang has been giving us help along the way during our stay for various occasions. We really appreciate those friendly staff and definitely will consider to return for our future trips! BTW, we loved the Beijing traditional yogurt they offered for free, along with other free amenities such as different kinds of drinks and snack!

Rare for me to write review but this is exceptional as everything is as nice as others mentioned on the booking website but also they provided you more with unexpected experience - hotel staff was kind enough to show me around the room, free delicious yogurt as well as the mini bar. The hotel including their lobby and room are simple but equipped with necessities. The room is also very clean. The location is perfect if you are keen to live inside local Hutong, near to some key tourist sites - Shi cha hai and Bei hai as well as lovely quiet cafes. I shall definitely pick this hotel again when I return to Beijing next time.

We experienced great service and comfort stay in this hotel. The front desk staff Lucky & Kitty are friendly and attended to our request.

This hotel was really nice and its restaurants are really great for tourists who don't know where to eat in the surrounding areas. We really loved the restaurant Peach that is in the lobby. The location was also pretty peaceful and away from the busier parts of the lake. The only problems I had with the place were the issues communicating with the staff, and seeing that the hotel has caged birds, which I find to be inhumane and personally disgusting. Otherwise, this is a great hotel.

We choose a garden suite because we wanted to be a little outside, but even good, it was very small place, looking on parking lot with construction noise during day and ventilation noise from restaurant after 5pm. The room was also very dark because of decoration. WiFi was very poor or not existing. We used our 5G. Room was large with all amenities, a lot of space for putting clothes and stuff. Fridge drinks were free and filled up. Nice stay anyway in Hutong area.

Pretty boutique hotel located in the middle of the popular Hutongs of Beijing. Walking distance to the central touristic spots and nice food selection for breakfast.

Location is so good at the heart of Beijing. Very silent rooms. If you are looking for a chill atmosphere with a very well designed rooms this hotel is a very good option. Staffs of hotel are also so friendly and helpful.

Booked this for my elderly parents and they were full of praise for the staff and the hotel. They said the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and elegant. They loved the tea and snacks provided. Highly recommend! Thank you for taking care of my parents!
