This is an amazing hotel in central Beijing. Near everything good. If you have a short stay or even a week. The whole hotel smelled better than most 5 star hotels. The free coffee at reception was cherry on top. I hope to come again soon

my room was at the basement, so was kind of inconvenient to use phone as there was no signal, however, everything was great!!

Comfortable stay overall with some snacks provided. Location was good and bad. Good as in close to main location but navigation is a bit tricky.

A comfortable stay, the hotel is very neat and clean. Good location. Great customer service. Would have liked an option for higher pillows and a hanging shower caddy would have helped a lot with placing shower items. I found it pretty annoying to constantly reach out of the shower for things. Very thankful to the staff for their service.

When it hears the sound of Xiaozi, it answers: I'm here! It's quite sudden! The second is that the air conditioner is not very useful. It doesn't run for a long time after it is turned on, and then it doesn't work very well. I live in Room 6005 in the semi-basement. The weather has changed a lot recently. It is cooler in the morning and evening, and I will be woken up by the cold in the morning. The third is that the shower system is unstable, hot and cold, especially when the shower head is taken down, it will suddenly become hot, which is easy to scald children. My son was scalded, but fortunately it was not serious. The fourth is that the kettle for boiling water seems to have something falling out of the inner tank. Because I need to drink hot water when I take my children there, after I use the kettle to boil water, the children's water cup is full of small black and hot impurities, and I don't know what it is. These comments are very pertinent. It is not recommended for friends with children to book a cheap room in this hotel. Words are not enough, here are the pictures. The environment and sanitation are good. I stayed in the same house for 4 consecutive nights. I didn't ask the aunt to clean the house. I didn't take any snacks. I only asked the front desk to get a pack of tissues every day. The mineral water was placed on the table in the corridor. If it's not enough, you can take it. Overall, except that it is a bit far from the subway station, everything else is still very satisfactory. It would be better if the front desk lady was more enthusiastic.
