It’s very spacious and new in the room. We love the space with a reasonable price. Just the transportation is not convenient. Love their cafe as well. Good rest overall.

Good for money if you want a weekend escape. Remote and quiet place, yet free shuttle bus available to nearby MTR station and shopping mall. Good river view and delicious breakfast. Worth a stay.

The staff is very helpful and helped swiftly. We had some problems with the checkin but it was smooth and stress-free. We have been staying here for many many times. Always clean and tidy. Not humid. Fresh bed sheets. Everything’s on point. Convenient transportation. The Christmas decorations are very festive. I’d strongly recommend staying here. It’d be great if there’re some tableware in the room thought.

The hotel is located near the City One MTR station. The service is very good. The breakfast price is attractive.

First impression was how clean the room was! The airport bus A41 stops outside the hotel makes up for the location. Nearest walking distance is about 8 minutes to either City One or Shek Mun MTR station. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to MTR and central Shatin where there is the main bus stop for other routes. The staff at the hotel was helpful. We stayed there for a few nights on arrival at HK and left couple of big suitcases there whilst we travelled light to cross the border to China. We did book to return to Alva for couple more nights on our return to HK before departing back to the UK. For the price, cleanliness and the helpful staff, we definitely will return to Alva hotel.

Our fourth time at the Alva, even though we stayed just a night , it was lovely again, I even got upgraded this time, I’m sorry, I didn’t get the girl’s name at reception, so thank you again, it was a gorgeous room on the top floor. There was half price buffet for guests, but I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it this time. Hopefully I will be back soon, and they will have the offer again. 😊

I recently stayed at Alva hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a great view. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. The location was perfect, close metro stations . I highly recommend Alva hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

The view is good but there is not enough shuttle bus, hope the hotel will provide more shuttle bus at night.

The room was large, comfortable and bright, and the hotel facilities are very good. The rooftop pool is lovely and the fitness room is large by hotel standards, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave great suggestions when we asked for recommendations on where to buy a specific item. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was lacking in variety and fresh, healthy options.
