The hotel is quite good and clean. The staff are friendly. But the rooms can be a bit bigger.

Excellent clean and customer service spectacular

Everything was great, with the exception of the extra charge that hotel will request if you bring a friend to your room (i don’t know if this is a common thing for Turkey). The staff was friendly and polite, the room was very comfortable and sufficiently clean enough!

Furnishings very bad, bathroom mold, rooms not clean, mirrors have fingerprints and the hallway smells

A good hotel with excellent staff. All the hotel staff are very friendly and ready to help at any time. The hotel is quite old, needs renovation, but everything is clean. Cleaning is daily, air conditioning works. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, water in the room. Breakfasts are not very varied, but very tasty and filling. Special thanks for the Turkish coffee :) the hotel is not very close to the main attractions, but there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. You can walk to the Bishektas pier in about 10 minutes.

Only a fool goes, don't go, big pit, gave me the smallest and smallest room, but I paid for a middle-class room, don't go too disgusting. I deliberately gave the worst. I went into the room and checked out within five minutes. Go to Conrad opposite. It’s better than this. It’s really a big pit, a giant pit, a tiankeng, a black hole, and whoever comes will be unlucky. The soap is used, and the inside of the package is like wet mud. The bed is only 50 cm away from the door of the room. It's fucking disgusting for this hotel.
