We had a pleasant stay. The staff and receptionist were all accomodating. Check-in, Check-out and extended stays are smoothly done. There is a restaurant at the lobby and a coffee shop. Location is great.Near subway station.

We went back a second time to stay at the hotel for our last minute trip back to Beijing. Personally, the hotel needs serious refurbishment as the floors and the furniture inside the rooms are quite dated. Their breakfast also needs some varieties. Having said that, we went back because the staff from the hotel manager to the reception staff down to the cleaning staff are all very kind and helpful. The place may be a bit rundown but you can’t compare that with the kind and helpful staff. Thank you to the staff who have been so patient with translation and helped us in every way.

Really loved the hotel! I would definitely recommend it. The room was too big for one person but I think that was great. The location is about a minute away from the subway station. I really loved my stay here

This hotel is very convenient, very close to the metro station and good shopping around, the rooms were very clean and the service was very good.

The hotel was good, located very close to the subway, but far from the center, there is a cafe nearby. The cleaning in the camp was good, clean, cozy common area. The staff does not speak English, they communicated through an interpreter. The breakfast is delicious, but without the normal drinks

This place has an amazing service. I checked in at 2am in the morning and the concierge was so kind to check us in as well as go his own way to arrange us food at that hour. The room was well set up and had everything we needed. My favorite part was the bathtub 🛀

This hotel is very dirty, with cockroach infestation hit, smelly and dark hallways. I took pictures of cockroaches in my room. I will post them if this program allows it. After complaining about cockroaches, in my room, the girl at the front desk was nice and very cooperative. She changed my room to a cleaner one and gave me discount to stay another night. However, the manager at 2:45 contacted me and asked for more money. I am not going to pay more money for such a dirty hotel. This hotel should be rated as 1 or 2 stars NOT 4!

The hotel is very good, and the front desk lady is very considerate. The entire check-in process was pleasant and reassuring. The layout of the room is very simple, fresh, and all kinds of facilities are available. The hygiene is even more meticulous. Lovely hotel not far from centre and very reasonably priced, not many food options around so be prepared to travel, for food if not dining in hotel, otherwise a great stay with friendly staff!

Room was massive, although it was a little run down compared to the rest of the hotel, which was very nice. Staff were all friendly. Good location with the subway close. I paid for a cheap room and got a lot more than I expected.

This is why you shouldn’t book a small boutique hotel in China. READ BEFORE you book! Their main selling point is their “hot spring water”, for the price you can easily get a proper hotel like holiday inn. So on my second night, there is no hot water at all. I realised that in the morning, but I was rushing out so I didn’t ask the hotel why. I left the hotel at 11.30AM and came back at 11pm. I then realised there is still no hot water to bath or fill up the bathtub. So I called the front desk, they said they can’t do anything, and can only offer 20% refund. It’s unacceptable so I chat up with trip.com, and the hotel said if guest wish for full refund, they have to check out by 12am. See screenshot. In other words they are trying to chase me out. If I knew, their hot water issue will not be resolved, I would have check out at 11am, cancel the second night and get a refund. But the hotel was being super passive about it, I have a China HP number, but nobody called throughout the day to update this issue. I don’t think it’s a small issue like “no slipper” or “no shampoo” It’s water supply, especially they brand themselves as a hot spring hotel. All in all the hotel toilet is not well maintained, the photo you are seeing now are back in 2017.

Top hotel and giant room. Close to metro and center area. Very quiet all modern standards. Guess even cheaper on regular season.
