The service was fantastic. They were very prompt in their response to our requests. They provided us with kitchen tools when they knew we were intending to cook, and provided us with water when our water tap was not working. Even when we needed help with our online purchases, they were very willing to assist us. They were knowledgeable about the area. Incredible staff! The location is great. Walking distance to a shopping mall which had all your basic necessities, even the area of the apartment had a great variety of shops within the block (multiple food options, printing shop, bakery, supermarket, salon and foot massage shops less than 3min walk away). Easy to get a didi (grab/uber option in China) here as well.

Location is superb as it’s near Metro and bus stop! Lots of eateries nearby too

DON'T BOOK IF YOU'RE A FOREIGNER! Our host was so terrified of being punished for something due to us being not chinese citizens that we hat to hide and communicate in a very specific way. The host tried his best to be helpful but it was really hard. Location is fine, apartment layout also, but it was truly dirty: dust and hairs, ventilation looked like a fury creature. Would recommend to non foreigners. The view from the bed is scary beautiful:)

The check-in procedure is a bit weird they give a different reception building to where the apartment is. Anyway they were nice and helped us out with the bags. The apartment is compact but was okay for ourfamily of five. They need to get a new mattress for the top floor , it doesn't cost much and they should do it because that is too hard. There are some shops downstairs and some restaurants around the area so you're not isolated and it is a quick taxi ride to the Temple of heaven and so on.

Value for money! A very beautiful apartment there but the location is a bit far from city. But you can enjoy ordinary resident life here. Very convenient to have a supermarket downstairs and some good restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly however they ignored my request to fix the tv and we didn’t have tv for few days. Apart from this it is all good.

As a foreigner, it was very weird to have to go to the staff entrance even though we paid to stay in the hotel... If you are not chinese i don't advice you to go there.

Very comfortable, spacious and modern, with easy walking access to the subway station. There’s a bakery and grocery store downstairs too. Loved the TV, living room and dining area. Ask for kitchen cutlery and cooking utensils if you need them. Unfortunately there was a slight mosquito issue (got bitten so much!) and I wish the bed in the 2nd bedroom was an actual bed instead of a tatami 😅 overall we still had a great stay!

Everything fine comfortable place for visiting Beijing. Quite close to subway. I recommend it for families. Owner responsive and efficient if any issue.

It was a nice, clean and quite spacious apartment. The location was okay, you’re close to a metro station with 3 metro lines, but it still takes at least 20-30 min to reach the city center. In the apartment were no things to cook with (even though there is an induction plate), no cutlery and no plates or cups. Something we expected in an apartment and also a reason for us to choose an apartment.

Great place to stay! Landlord was very friendly and helpful. Close to the city and metro was convenient to get to! Many food places near by as well.

The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable that can be occupied by 4-5 people. There are 2 toilets and 1 washing machine, fridge and micro oven. Also there is a supermarket on the 1st floor which is very convinent for us to buy fruits, snacks and other stuff. It is closed to the metro also. The apartment owner is friendly and supportive.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. There were lots of options for food within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is very clean and well kept. It felt like I was staying in a higher quality hotel than what I was paying for. Must ask for extra towels if you need more than 2. The host was also very helpful!
