Very clear and spacious Warm and cosy perfect for a winter snow

While the pictures on Trip.com portray a stunningly beautiful hotel this was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at in over three years in China. This is definitely not an International hotel and Trip.com needs to review this hotels 5 star service. Language was a huge issue and we had our room phone ringing at 11.30pm at night and then knocking on our room door at 12.30am in the morning as not one person could speak English to let us know what they wanted. The food is not even remotely what is pictured on Trip.com. The Boutique room….disgusting with a view of a blue roof….Such a disappointment.

Facilities: A bit old but it doesn't affect the stay. The main room is much larger than the current fast-food hotels, spacious and comfortable. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Although the facilities are old, they are cleaned spotlessly. Environment: The whole park is a park, and there are several restaurants, so there is no shortage of delicious food. Service: The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. They greeted you as soon as you entered the hotel gate. It's not exaggerated. It makes people feel very comfortable.

Old and poor, close to Happy Valley and very congested. The hotel upgraded me but gave me a windowless room that is worse than a hotel. Dark, damp and mosquito-filled room. Must check out at 12:00, but I had to check out at 2:00 because the upgrade did not change. Water is also limited. In short, it is really better to stay in a chain. There is a price list on the deposit to deduct your money. Ctrip customers have no credit recognition.

The air conditioner is not cool enough (the ** partition blocks the air outlet), and the equipment is a bit old. Breakfast is simple.

The room is big, but the windows are sealed and there is no light at all. There is a peculiar smell in the room. The decoration is very old. The smart toilet can only flush but other functions cannot be used and the screws are rusted. The bathtub waterproof is full of scale and very dirty. The breakfast is not rich but just the average chain level. The chairs are so old that the skin is peeling. The laundry room is still under renovation and the laundry needs to be sent out and wait for 3 days to come back. Not very recommended.

Everything was great, convenient location right next to the happy valley park, buffet breakfast, good rooms! There is a cool relaxation area on the roof of the hotel, and there is also a beautiful restaurant!

The windows in the room are fake, but the room is big and spacious. The price is very affordable. The hot spring has not been open for a long time. I used to come here often to soak in the hot spring. The garden on the roof is also very beautiful. I hope the facilities can be restored to their previous state.

When I opened the balcony door to get some air, I found that the outside was a closed ecological hotel dining area. When I opened the door, there were people drinking and eating outside and it was very noisy. It was very hot and stuffy if I didn't open the door, and there was no screen door. 3. There are some white and transparent things floating on the water in the bathroom bathtub. 4. The takeout I ordered was not allowed to be delivered by the staff no matter what, and the staff also refused to deliver it, and had to put it at the door of the card door. The card door is not locked and anyone can get in and out. I don't understand the point of not allowing it to be sent up. 5. There are very few breakfast varieties. There are only about 10 varieties in total, but when I saw the price of about 40 yuan, I accepted it. 6. Can’t you put hotel toiletries in the guest room? When checking in, the front desk provided dental kits, but there was nothing else in the room, including cotton pads, beard sets, shower caps, etc. I really can't complain.
