The hotel is for foreigners. The biggest advantage is that it is very close to my home. It takes only five minutes to walk to the meeting place. The hotel is not big, but it is relatively clean. It is next to the Third Ring Road, but there is almost no noise. It is OK

We stayed in the college entrance examination room. The hotel was very professional and the service was very good: there were snacks prepared for the children, extra meals at night, and the breakfast and lunch buffets were also very good. Especially for parking, in order to facilitate the children's exams, a parking space was reserved at the door, and each car would not affect other cars when leaving... The hotel thought of everything for the children, I am very grateful 🙏 In addition, the view outside the window is also very good.

There is smoke smell inside rooms, even though there's sign showing nonsmoke. The front desk kindly changed the room for us,and even upgraded to a larger room. Unfortunately there's still smoke smell inside the second room. I guess it's because the air conditioner is completely shut down when nobody inside. Once it's turned on, it's a lot better. The location is convenient. Room is relatively new, except one corner of the lamp above drops off. Bottled water is offered every day. We're overall satisfied with the stay.

I changed it from another hotel with a similar price. The room has large windows; I stayed here for several days and the overall feeling is not bad. If you take a taxi, it is recommended to locate the east gate of Shuangyushu Park, and then you can come in by walking the path.

Unexpectedly stayed at a treasure hotel. First of all, the environment is good, the room is very clean, the bedding, towels, and water cups are of good quality. The second is that the facilities are complete. The landlord was thoughtful and did not use a water dispenser in the traditional sense. He used a pipeline machine and the water was fast and clean. The bathroom in the room has a smart toilet, the room is equipped with a washing machine, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The most important thing is that the landlord is very caring and has been waiting for us until 12 o'clock in the evening to solve my problem enthusiastically. Beijing will come later.

The hotel is very good. Miss Yanyan at the front desk is very enthusiastic and has a very good service attitude. The hotel has free parking, check-in is fast, the room is spacious, the price is not expensive, the decoration is very exquisite, the service is very attentive, the service staff are all polite, warm and thoughtful, the breakfast variety is diverse, both Chinese and Western, the taste is also very good, the price-performance ratio is very high! Recommended!!!

I have been a regular at Ariva for last 10 years. It’s a 4 star property which you could easily mistake for 5 star, but that was before the pandemic. After the pandemic, their service quality had dropped significantly. We returned to China and had 5 pieces of big suitcase plus additional hand luggage. Guess what, we were told there is no person who can help us to carry the luggage to our rooms. After repeated reminder, one boy named Tommy who looked like a trainee helped to carry the luggage to the room. Same thing happened at checkout. The reception person was straight and honest “we don’t have a person available who can help you with the luggage”. I had to take 4 rounds to carry the luggage down by myself. And we are talking of a property which is rated as 4 star!! I felt sad, perhaps the hotel had a hard time during the pandemic and was still recovering from bad financial situation that they don’t have full service staff yet. The reception staff, all were trainees from colleges. In terms of facilities, its still a good place. They have swimming pool, gym, spa and every room I have stayed here is spacious and has a bathtub. I have always loved their Aviva center on 6th floor which has DIY kitchen and laundry area which helps if you are staying for long duration or are traveling with kids. I haven’t lost faith and hope Ariva will have its glory days once again.
