Facilities: average Health: pretty good Environment: OK Service: Very good. Oriental House is a good hotel. The location is very good, between Wangfujing and East Chang'an Street. The transportation is very convenient and the surrounding life is also very good. I will consider this Oriental Home Hotel when I go to Beijing in the future, and will introduce it to my friends! fine!

We booked 5 nights stay. Location near the metro station, nearby have plenty of food stores. Walk to wangfujing 15-20mins. Hotel provides free laundry self-service. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist, named Kevin. He helped us to arrange for all my families (3rooms) to stay on the same floor and upgrade one room. The only down point for this hotel is that many rooms have a heavy smoking smell. And guests smoking in the room, which polluted the whole corridor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Howard Johnson Beijing , and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel excels in providing a clean and comfortable environment, boasts a luxurious lobby, and is strategically located for travelers. First and foremost, the cleanliness of my room was impeccable. It was evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, as every corner of the room was spotless. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment truly enhanced my stay. The lobby of [Hotel Name] is a masterpiece in itself. Upon entering, I was greeted by a grand, opulent space that exuded elegance. The plush furnishings, tasteful decor, and soothing ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. It also served as a fantastic backdrop for meetings or casual gatherings. The strategic location of the hotel was a major convenience. Whether I wanted to explore the city's attractions, dine at renowned restaurants, or simply shop, everything was within a short distance. The hotel's accessibility to public transportation and major landmarks was a significant plus. Furthermore, the staff at the hoteldeserves special commendation. Their warm and attentive service made me feel valued as a guest. They were always ready to assist with any request or provide recommendations, adding a personal touch to my stay.

This is the first time I have stayed at Haoyuan Jianguo Hotel. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are well maintained, clean, hygienic and comfortable. The hotel environment is extremely beautiful and the service is good. The superior location of the hotel is the first choice. It is very close to the subway station and is not far from anywhere. It takes ten minutes to walk to Wangfujing and further to Tiananmen Square. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious, as well as authentic old Beijing snacks, and welcome fruits are provided upon check-in. Next time I stay in Beijing, I will choose Haoyuan Jianguo Hotel. I also hope that the hotel’s service will get better and better.

Excellent English speaking staff adds a lot of value to a 5 star hotel in China. The Concierge Manager Jason Zhang and his team Mr Young Yang, The Guest Managers, Mr Terry Mr Koh, front liners, Rebecca, Evelyn and of course the 2 bell boys too. Mr Jason who is English speaking has gone the extra mile to help give us invaluable advice for our private local tours. Thus, Legendale Hotel Beijing is one of the best 5 star hotel that we have stayed in China.

This is a trip on Friday afternoon and my brother decided to take my parents to Beijing to finish watching Tiananmen Square on Saturday. Because I am going to watch the flag raising on Sunday morning, when I am doing hotel strategy on Friday night, I will take Tiananmen as the center within a few kilometers. Looking for the hotel, Ctrip browsed for half an hour to analyze the user evaluation of several Zhongyi hotels. My selection principle is close to Tiananmen Square, the price is not too high, the service is good, the most important thing is clean and not noisy, another There is breakfast, and the hotel finally selected Xinyi Hotel. I originally booked the four-point check-in, because I went back to the Bird’s Nest Water Cube and went to the hotel to negotiate at 8:00. The hotel also upgraded the one-meter-eight-bed room for free. The waiter’s attitude is also very good. No matter what you ask, the hotel is very clean. The room is also equipped with coffee Lipton black tea. My parents are very happy. I still live here, and I have to say that I have to give praise. I think the evaluation says that it is not possible to go to Tiananmen for 30 minutes, because I think that my parents are older, I drove to the taxi, there was a car at three in the morning, and the cost seemed to be around thirteen. very convenient! It is also very suitable for children. There is a free breakfast roll in each room. If another person buys 78 one on the same day, buy 50 one in advance, it is breakfast buffet. The hotel's only good trait is that it's close to the forbidden city and Wangfuijing shopping district. We were checked into a totally different room than we booked. It was like getting cat fished by a hotel. The hotel is quite stingy with its amenities. Asked for bottled water at the reception, they said they're only selling. I asked them if I could get some free bottled water, but was told they'll send it to my room. I wasn't going back to my room for the bottled water to come as I was leaving. My friend asked for water from her room, they didn't agree to send some right away, but instead continued to ask if there wasn't any in her room. We were mostly unsatisfied with our stay as the room did not match at all with the pictures on the Trip app. The breakfast buffet wasn't that good, it didn't live up to its expensive cost. And the concierge basically scammed us of RMB 183 for a taxi ride to the airport from the hotel, we could see that it only amounted to RMB 65-70 to the airport from the cab's meter. It was also my friend's birthday, so I asked if the hotel offers any complimentary cakes and asked them to bring it at 6pm. They said okay, but nothing arrived at 6pm. So I called them again and they transferred me to 4 different people until someone finally understood basic English and told me that I should've asked for the cake earlier, which I did right after we checked in. The hotel's staff does not do well with communicating internally. Somehow I expected good service as it was a Novotel hotel, but was left highly disappointed.

Location is EXCELLENT! It's just across the subway. And there are plenty of shopping malls and flagship stores for many international brands around. Super convenient with restaurants that serve super delicious local meals just next to the hotel. Staff is super attentive even in the middle of the night. Room bed and blankets are comfortable. Enough supply of bottles of water everyday. Free flow is Chinese tea and coffee at the lobby is definitely a big plus!! The only down side is the cigarette smoke at the corridor of the rooms.

The front desk was very efficient and helpful. The linen was excellent and nice bed and pillow. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. I could hear everything next door and was woken up by the loud voices.

Everything in regards to our stay at the Grand Hyatt was 6* except for the WiFi which wasn't of international standards. Location was spot on a central network linked to the mall with major big brands Which is linked to the 1st class train system. It's also 30mins walk to the Forbidden city. And the gym 🏋️♀️ and Pool and Spa was simply immaculate and luxurious first class with a heated pool oasis. Wished I could have spent more time enjoying the facilities. And what complimented well to the global luxurious brand was it's staff members! I have to call out the exceptional 2 departments Conceige and Housekeeping which was truly above and beyond!!! Daniel -assisted with restaurant bookings and forbidden City tickets reservations. And when he was off duty he still wechat me to suggest how to maximise the use of our tickets and best way to maximise time to visit Tianamen Square too and tips too on best way all this while he was off duty! Such dedication!!! Another staff whom I like to recognise is Cecila also from Conceige. When asked for directions on day 1, she didn't just verbalise, she left her station and ushered us all the way outside and showed us the right way around to our breakfast destination. On day 2, which is also check out day, she realised its J birthday and made arrangments for not 1 but 2 bakes so that our dearest friends could enjoy together too. She also kept in touch on wechat to organise all our logistical arrangments several times. Each time with a 😃 smile. Outstanding! Housekeeping lady for rooms 1221 and 1220 was simple though and detailed and went above and beyond too. So much personal touch to all that she did which most would never bother! Good job!! And best of all, she didn't expect anything in return. Absolutely admirable! Unsung hero! Check in staff Allan was pleasant and swift with our late check in and made our final day breakfast logistics seamless. Thank you and thanks for responding efficiently on wechat too. Con- WiFi sucks badly.....surprised that a 5* global brand couldn't keep u to. Chengdu 4* service Residence. So frustrating for global travellers like ourselves.
