Absolutely amazing time here and so much of it was thanks to the most amazing person ever - Paolo. Before I even checked in the bell hop helped me with the luggage and check in was so smooth. Everyone was so welcoming and warm that I immediately felt happy and bubbly. The room was so thoughtfully prepared to welcome me on my birthday and to make me feel special. There was even a small cake, a fruit platter, and a personalized card. I was absolutely blown away by the level of personalized care and attention to detail. We had some tea at the executive lounge and again were welcomed and had great service. Paolo arranged for some more personalized touches for my birthday party in the lounge including Barbie themed photos on the appetizers and bite sized snacks. He was able to help us with the theme of the birthday party ~ Barbie by designing four different pink cocktails including a gin tonic style drink and a bubbly prosecco based one. We also had the breakfast buffet which had a great selection of food and was separated from the dining tables which was appreciated to better enjoy the food. I really liked the noodle and soup station in the morning especially as it was raining. The butterfly brunch was lovely and very fulfilling. I have nothing but an endless number of positive things to say about my sumptuous room with mesmerizing views and tremendous service. I love staycations and I have to say that this one takes the cake. Thank you all!

It will be deducted when you check in; 4. The mini bar charge is a bit inhumane. After all, the mini bar is free now. How about charging a few bottles of drinks for a room rate of 3800 yuan a night? This is the first time I have stayed at Haoyuan Jianguo Hotel. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are well maintained, clean, hygienic and comfortable. It takes ten minutes to walk to Wangfujing and further to Tiananmen Square. At first, I was surprised as this accommodation was a hostel instead of hotel. However, my disappointment was slowly ease because the staffs were very helpful. They helped me to register at the nearby police station (probably 100m away), informed me the nearby PCR station and its working hours. When you opened the (main) door, you will directly see two beds and minibar in your right side. There was a separate small bedroom inside with one double bed - so do not expect to having separate bedrooms with two doors. Overall, the main advantage of staying in this hostel is the strategic location. Located just 15 minutes walk away from the nearby metro station (Dengshikou - Line 5), a minimum taxi fare if you want to go to Wangfujing Dajie, two stations to go to Galaxy SOHO (Chaoyangmen - Line 2/6) and near to CCTV Headquarters Building.

My sister and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights from 22 Dec to 25 Dec 2023. All the staff are professional, friendly, warm, and engaging. Special shout out to the front desk staff, Luna Liu for her proactiveness in going the extra mile to make our stay here more delightful. I also want to mention about the male staff at the door. I forget to ask for his name. He is always wearing a smile and greet us politely. Definitely would stay here again when I visit Beijing.

We booked 5 nights stay. Location near the metro station, nearby have plenty of food stores. Walk to wangfujing 15-20mins. Hotel provides free laundry self-service. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist, named Kevin. He helped us to arrange for all my families (3rooms) to stay on the same floor and upgrade one room. The only down point for this hotel is that many rooms have a heavy smoking smell. And guests smoking in the room, which polluted the whole corridor.
