The toilet seat in the bathroom is smart, but it flushes slowly The bed is a little hard but the bedding is quite comfortable. Location transportation: There's nothing wrong with the location itself. It's easily accessible in all directions. There are so many small coffee shops and restaurants around There is a bus stop right in front of the door. Taking a taxi is not convenient.

The Ritz-Carlton is one of our favourite hotels. We love how luxurious it is and the one in Beijing did not disappoint. Pros: -amazing service especially from Cassie in the club lounge -excellent lunch and dinner menu, it was also very tasty -everything about the hotel is clean and well maintained Cons: -compared to other Ritz-Carlton’s, the club lounge was a little bit disappointing. In the Guangzhou ritz, the club lounge had all you can eat lunch buffets and afternoon tea. The variety was huge and very worth the club lounge price. The club lounge room was also smaller than I’ve stayed in the past.

Very nice hotel in the Business district. Food was also very tasty. We used room service and also the restaurants in the hotel. There is a nice selection of Chinese restaurants inside the hotel. The staffs English level is very low, but this is the case everywhere in China :)

I’ve stayed in loads of hotels in China, and never bothered to give a review because you’d expect good service and a clean room. On this occasion all the staff were on point. They were friendly and helpful, no fakery. They genuinely wanted the best for their guests. One outstanding member of staff named Lucy, went above and beyond to help me to get transport and Covid tests. She actually took me to each place and helped me register for the metro station. The best stay in a hotel ever because they’re real people, and not because it’s just a job.Thank you Lucy and all of the staff. You’re awesome.

It was my first time to stay at Kaisa. I had a very good experience. The location is convenient. The room is more spacious than a hotel. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are all available. You can wash clothes and cook. It feels like home when traveling with the children. The sewer in the shower room of the room we checked in on the first day was clogged. The front desk opened a separate room next door for us to take a shower in the evening. They also arranged a free upgrade and room change the next day. The service was very considerate and thoughtful. The robot is also very effective in delivering food and express delivery. You don't need to go downstairs to deliver it to the door of your room.

Jen hotel is a perfect example of affordable stars hotel. It has a very complete facilities that every 5 stars hotel must have. The location is the winning point which is right in the center of Beijing CBD. It is integrated with china world mall and guomao subway station. It also homes of the internet celebrity's gym, Trainyard. In-house guests can enjoy it for free. My room is a club room so that it comes with dinner package. I dont think i can find any other hotel in cbd beijing (in the same level) which have such a high price to value ratio. Their staffs are also its plus sides. They are energetic and attentive. Special thanks to cleaning service lady who clean up my room on friday and sunday night. I definitely will stay here again if i go to beijing.

It's just great, nothing to add. The room is very clean, there's enough space for two people. The location is perfect, it's only 3 min. walk from Dawanglu subway station. Breakfast is also good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for those who want to live in the center.

What made this stay extra special was meeting Terry who spoke fluent English and helped us with our every needs, from helping us with our last minute booking to the Great Walls, to helping me find a hospital when I wasn’t feeling well. Thank you Terry for the room upgrade as well as accommodating our needs for a late check out, allowing us to freshen up after touring Forbidden City before our night flight. The hotel is very clean and the location is very good. It is close to the subway entrance and is very convenient to get in and out. The hotel service is also very good. I came to Beijing in the winter. Every time I came back to the hotel from the cold wind, the front desk would give us each A bottle of warm water. The weather in Beijing is very cold, but the hotel is very warm. The four of us had a very comfortable stay here and had a wonderful holiday. Next time I go to Beijing to play, I will choose here again. 😁

The staff here were always kind and helpful, and went out of their way to help me with several requests. I really enjoyed staying here and would be happy to come back again one day. Surprisingly, this very affordable hotel can complete my trip. With very affordable price, this hotel has such a high price to value ratio. Its location is golden, right in the center of cbd. It has a very complet gym and big indoor swimminh pool. Another plus of this hotel is its club rooms. They are located in higher floor so that they will have greater view compare to the other. The club rooms also allow me to check out at 4 PM (as long as condition permitted) I can not give it 5 score because many of its employees can not speak chinese. Only a few in front office can speal basic english. This hotel really need to step up its game since i saw many international visitors during my stay. This hotel also need to educate its laundry man. He need to know the politeness standard when he want to access international visitor room. I know he means well but the way he behave make me feel uncomfortable becaise i feel he is very weird.
