We set an alarm for 5 o'clock on the day we went to Universal. They couldn't really fix it but it stopped leaking. The toilet is divided into 3 separate areas, the shower, lavatory and basin area so it's easy when many people need to use the toilet. Laundry can be done 2 floors down, you have to time it yourself or wait at the waiting area. Overall 4.5 stars, recommend if anyone is looking for a slightly budgeted hotel. The photo is Caishikou station, it's a 10 min walk from the hotel. Only one small road to get in. Or you can walk from Walmart to the hotel through the back entrance.
