The hotel is for foreigners. The biggest advantage is that it is very close to my home. It takes only five minutes to walk to the meeting place. The hotel is not big, but it is relatively clean. It is next to the Third Ring Road, but there is almost no noise. It is OK

Facilities: The facilities are okay, with separate bathrooms with wet and dry separation, dressing mirrors and dressing mirrors. Hygiene: The room is very clean. There is no dust on the window sill and table, but the mirror is a bit blurry. Environment: The arrangement is quite reasonable. It has everything that a chain hotel should have. The mattresses are really good. Service: The lady at the front desk has very good service. When I checked in, she said that there are two buildings where I need to make a note when ordering takeout. This is really needed. I really don’t want to go out in a heavy rain environment. The waiters and aunties will say hello when I pass by the corridor. They are very considerate. I will come back next time. Come! ! !

We stayed in the college entrance examination room. The hotel was very professional and the service was very good: there were snacks prepared for the children, extra meals at night, and the breakfast and lunch buffets were also very good. Especially for parking, in order to facilitate the children's exams, a parking space was reserved at the door, and each car would not affect other cars when leaving... The hotel thought of everything for the children, I am very grateful 🙏 In addition, the view outside the window is also very good.

I have been a regular at Ariva for last 10 years. It’s a 4 star property which you could easily mistake for 5 star, but that was before the pandemic. After the pandemic, their service quality had dropped significantly. We returned to China and had 5 pieces of big suitcase plus additional hand luggage. Guess what, we were told there is no person who can help us to carry the luggage to our rooms. After repeated reminder, one boy named Tommy who looked like a trainee helped to carry the luggage to the room. Same thing happened at checkout. The reception person was straight and honest “we don’t have a person available who can help you with the luggage”. I had to take 4 rounds to carry the luggage down by myself. And we are talking of a property which is rated as 4 star!! I felt sad, perhaps the hotel had a hard time during the pandemic and was still recovering from bad financial situation that they don’t have full service staff yet. The reception staff, all were trainees from colleges. In terms of facilities, its still a good place. They have swimming pool, gym, spa and every room I have stayed here is spacious and has a bathtub. I have always loved their Aviva center on 6th floor which has DIY kitchen and laundry area which helps if you are staying for long duration or are traveling with kids. I haven’t lost faith and hope Ariva will have its glory days once again.

Hygiene: Hygienic, clean and tidy nice environment fully equipped Service: Warm and thoughtful, free parking, convenient robot delivery, fully equipped rooms, and rich breakfast. The leisure area is very convenient with a free coffee machine.

This hostel is fine for solo travellers. It was clean and service was good, a little bit distant but Subway is within 1 km. A lot of restaurants nearby.

The space is very private, air-conditioned, and the environment is relatively quiet. It’s pretty good among the youth hostels in Beijing and you can stay there permanently. You can also take a shower and brush your teeth. There is also warm and hot water to drink.

This is the first time I stayed in this kind of inn. It was very comfortable, the environment was very good, the service was very good, the front desk lady answered all our questions, it was really good, the bed was very comfortable, the sheets were very clean, and the bathroom was also very clean! Overall it was very good!!!
