Hotels with Bars in Beirut

We spent here two nights. You can easily notice that once it had been a great hotel. Now some furniture is a little bit worn out and the glory has faded. Still, I believe it is a nice place to stay as it is situated in lively Hamra district, close to the city centre. The prices are good, I think you cannot really expect a super modern hotel in this location for 30 dollars, just be realistic. We had here breakfast - all tasty, friendly staff members but to be fair there was rather narrow choice of food. Probably it is wiser to go for breakfast somewhere else.

Really happy with my stay at Smallville. Great service from all staff at all times. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Love the touchscreen facilities inside the room & great amount of lighting. Balcony is a great size (it does get a bit dusty from the wind) with amazing city views. Breakfast is average but they serve non dairy milk so I was happy!! Wifi is good when connected but does disconnect daily. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful hotel, very well located, excellent services. Very complete equipment, perfect accessories. The sea view is recommendable, it's very beautiful. Breakfast is very varied, with an extraordinary medium-eastern buffet. The Italian coffee is a wise choice.

I had a comfortable stay for the price It was in front of the school, so it was convenient because there were many shopping and food options. There are many cafes and you can see the sea within a short walk, so the location is very good. It seems good. What was disappointing was that I had to pay for parking even though I stayed.

This is a very good hotel in Beirut. Good location, hotel service and facilities are not bad. The lobby manager is very good, help us plan the travel route and help us charter. Entering the hotel has security check-ups and five days of trips to Lebanon have stayed at this hotel.

The hotel is clean and the staff are overall friendly. The terrace is amazing, staff very nice, evenings there are the best in Beirut. The breakfast is great and staff very friendly. The only bad area is the swimming pool. The swimming pool staff are not friendly overall and not trained to differentiate between one day pass guests and live in guests. Example, despite staying for 2 days, in 2 rooms: 1. I was asked to pay deposit for towels in the pool! 2. I had a pack of chips for my kid and the staff refused to let me take it in.. They took it away at the entrance. I asked Yousef Moumni in spesific to call the manager and ask for exception as my son really wanted his chips, but the exception was rejected and with no appoligitic attitude... The staff at the pool need a lot of training! 3. No WiFi at the entire pool area.

No hair dryer, room service is always busy, everything else is good, the front desk is very friendly, the location is very good, next to the American University, it is very lively at night, there is everything to eat

I had amazing stay there, I enjoyed my time a lot, very cozy hotel with friendly staff, very clean, the room sizes are very comfortable, their Asian Restaurant is wow, most importantly the location is very close to almost everywhere and there is exchange shop right opposite to the hotel. I enjoyed a lot and will definitely come again, I would also like to give my thanks to Mr. Malek from reception as he was very helpful with us during our stay and he was very friendly and professional.

Basic facilities. Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness. Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control. The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night. Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7. Can order outside delivery to the room. Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

A very well located hotel, near the Rock Gallery, theatre municipal, near the beautiful Matinellila building, has many tourist points around and can do almost everything on foot, a very well served area of trade. The hotel is a very comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast.
