Hotels near San Vicente in Belen

The hotel room is decent and the staff is friendly, but their billing system has serious flaws. I stayed there from February 9 and checked out on February 15th, paid in person at the counter according to the bill. But 2 days later I received a charge for the night of February 15 which is apparently a mistake because I checked out at 9:00 AM that day at the front desk and they even called me a taxi to take me to the airport. I contacted the front desk through email but they haven't responded. I called the Wyndham custmer service and they said they don't have access to the billing system in Costa Rica, and their website doesn't have a way for filing a billing dispute.

I arrived in Costa Rica and this is where I spent my first two nights as I prepared for an extensive journey through the national parks. This hotel provided a fine room. The building is in the shape of an ”O”, with the pools and dining areas in the middle. There were many different types of birds flying around, the traffic noise was minimal inside the pool area, and I enjoyed relaxing in the pool area. Breakfast was excellent and available to all guests. Dinner was purchased in a smaller bar/dining area with an overhead view of the pool area. I ordered salmon, and it was surprisingly good! This is not a destination hotel, but it was just what I needed, as I got my international bearings. There is a tour desk, in which one may schedule a variety of tours and day trips of San Jose or areas around Costa Rica.

Very good hotel, spacious rooms and modern decoration. It is a 15-minute drive from the airport. It is convenient to eat and eat around. The breakfast is very good. The surrounding environment is better than the city and belongs to the new district. recommend!

It should be the best hotel in downtown San Jose, with comfortable beds and pillows. Guest service is also ok. The breakfast is too bad, it is not worth the price. It is recommended that if one lives, or stays next to Sheraton, half of the price, but the room is large, breakfast is very rich.

Very good hotel for an executive trip. Good location very close to beautiful Avenida Escazu. There aren't many amenities in the hotel, but is is very clean, the people is very nice. The food is ”Amazing”, it is actually deserving of a 4-5 star hotel. The rooms are in dire need of new carpeting and some decor, but they are clean, and the bed is comfy. It is a very good option for an inexpensive hotel, clean, with very good food in a nice location.

All aspects are more balanced, but a little far from the city center. in addition Facilities: brand new, Hygienic: spotless, Environment: Next to it is a commercial plaza, restaurants have shopping, local dishes and Japanese meals, no Chinese food and local snacks. I appreciated that the room was spotlessly clean, with all sorts of amenities. The staff was very proactive and helpful, and the location right across from the airport was the main reason I chose it. The problem, though, is that our room (#135) had no window curtains to block out light. All it had was a flimsy screen that you could easily see through. I imagine anyone passing by the first floor room would have been able to see inside the room, because it was easy to see outside through the screen. At night-which comes very early in the tropics-the light from eight powerfully bright lights in the parking lot lit up our room. There was no way to darken the room, the light was so bright you could have read by it. None. Hence I got NO sleep because the room was lit up. Please, put up black out curtains.
