Room was nice and clean but shared bathroom could have been cleaner plugs dirty with gunk. Very squeaky floorboards kept me awake with others moving around property. Would have been nice to have kettle in room

Good location from the city centre. Easy to get it with public transport. Very clean property with WiFi working in all the areas.

Belfast stay
The mattress was very comfortable. The room was a reasonable size. The shower room was a little tight but adequate. Kitchen was a good size with a washing machine etc. The road outside was busy so the windows couldn't stay open at night. The house was quiet until the person in the room above walked across the floor. Noisy. Excellent bus service, just down the road, into town. Easy to get a taxi back in the evening.

Unpleasant Stay
Two nights stay at the ground floor room was not so pleasant, unfortunately; bedroom floor was dusty with several hair; spot of dry faeces stuck in the toilet bowl before usage; corners and bottom edges of shower chamber were partly mouldy; voices and heavy footsteps of the upper room occupants and the banging of the doors could be heard; the spring of the bed caused sleep disturbance; pillows didn’t smell so nice

Excellent value for the money, the house has 2 en-suites, and other 2 rooms share the main bathroom. Kitchen and laundry facilities, comfortable beds, clean and very quiet. Public transport is frequent and very cheap for a day ticket.
