InterContinental Hotels Bellevue at the Avenue

Regrettably had to cancel my stay but their team was superb. I cancelled last minute and without hesitation they waived any penalty (I do have top tier status with InterContinental). Managed to cut my 22 day business trip short by a day and head back early. But my wife had some packages sent to that property and before I could even reach out to them, MJ Kim who assisted me with the cancellation had emailed me informing me my packages had arrived and they could forward it on to me wherever I’d like. I was extremely impressed by this. In today’s day and age nobody is proactive and so well organized about anything like this. Since I was in Seattle which isn’t too far away I called the hotel and arranged for an Uber while I was speaking with the hotel and they spoke to me right until the driver picked up the package which was very nice of them Thank you to MJ Kim, Angela Cooper & the lady whose name I regret I forgot who helped hand over the packages to the driver. Great service to a cancelled guest. Cannot wait until I can actually try your hotel out. Heard wonderful things.

I received revised bill after check out, which shows an unauthorized gratuity. After complained twice to IHG, I received no response from Bellevue InterContinental. Bellevue InterContinental is far below average global InterContinental standard in too many ways.

We were looking forward to trying this new IHG property, but we were very disappointed that we had to cancel the remaining nights. Pros: * Location * Room and bathroom designs * Reception staff * Lobby decor * Great Gym Cons: * AC was turning on and off during the night * Night lights were going on and off whenever you or your sheets move during the night * Very thin walls * A motel quality breakfast * Unprofessional service * Unauthorized charges on the final bill

The minute we arrived, Wow! Location excellent, rooms well appointed, bedding divine. Service is a 10 star not 5!!! Highly recommend this Hotel. Bar is excellent, staff amazing, rooms are nice, bathrooms are done wonderfully. We love the location just perfect

This is a new hotel with a wonderful staff. They do all the little things that make your stay enjoyable, from opening doors and turning down the bed, from a delightful concierge to a front desk that meets all your needs. Now, the room was spectacular with a fantastic view. The lights on the bed that come on in the middle of the night ensure you don't wake others in the room. The bathroom and shower were state of the art. The supplies life coffee we delicious. They forgot nothing when they built this hotel. Stay here for a most delightful visit.
