We did not like the bed at all and could not open the window because it was broken. Random guy was yelling and screaming in hallway around 10:45 pm, not hotels fault. Other than that it’s a place to stay if you’re on a budget.

The entire room smelled like urine, and the only thing clean were the linens. I didnt even want my dirty clothing touching the floor. Had to keep the window open and fan on all night just to keep from gagging from the smell. Most of the other guests i saw seemed like crack heads. Dont stay here.

The lobby attendant stayed over the night shift is terrible, he doesn’t know customer service at all, he shouldn’t be in the lobby, so poor customer service.

Really dirty rooms and poor condition. The bathroom was no clean at all, hair everywhere, dirty blankets. I won’t ever come back to this hotel. I can’t believe it cost almost 200 dollars.

Friendly front desk staff. Room was basically clean, but two long black hairs stuck to shower/tub wall, toilet had not been recently scrubbed. Dried up, used coffee packet still in coffee maker.
Elevator out of order on check out morning. Breakfast was good. Bed was super comfortable.
