We were trying to use the Internet, but it wasn't working, a few minutes later, and we know that this could happen, and we contacted the reception that was ready to help and re-start the routers. We had decided that we would still stay, taking into account the time's advances, when we finally realized that the accommodation was waterless, we could not be able to sweat, to take bath or to use bathroom. We had to choose to exchange hotels because, contrary to what was said in the advertising on the Internet, it did not remove the minimum of our needs, and finally, when we went out, we did not get any refund on the site. We are directing to the only hotel in the region with rooms available and that was reasonably close to where we were, the hotel VIVENZO SAVASSI.
