The location if you are looking for the beach and tranquility is perfect, but if you are looking for the noise of the party and so on, we are already talking about 3 km from the hotel. The only drawback that I would put is the food, little variety for a 4-star hotel. Of course, the spectacular views and panoramic elevator! Pdt: improve the issue of food please; Also take advantage of those tables that you have to put more variety of food and not repeat the same food on each side of the buffet.

Magnificent service as well as the facilities, the food, could be improved some lunchtime, but very good, and always great attention at reception, and hoping to return next year. Only request, more soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

We had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.

Great hotel with all the facilities you will need for a relaxing stay and if you want more the bus into the old town goes from outside and you can stroll around the tapas bars, he complaint I heard the most was the food was only warm because of safety but use the microwave and you get hot

Arrived about 10ish VERY impressive hotel, lovely and clean, everything sign posted. Checked in promptly by the lovely friendly informative receptionist. Loads of lifts so no waiting, the glass lifts are Brill! Rooms are as described on website, I found bed comfy so had lovely sleeps. The shower is the best I've had abroad. Had a little problem with safe and the lovely Pedro sorted us straightaway Veiws are out of this world, we was floor 22 amazing! We went to Sky Bar to WOW. All inclusive drinks were served in Glass and were very large measures.. Perfect! The bar people were all lovely and friendly. Food was lovely no complaints at all.. the chorizo sausage was delicious. There are 2 restaurants to choose from also separate restaurant in day for snacks. The whole complex outside is very impressive, loads of room and sunbeds, several pools to choose from, children's play area, even a 1300 room to get married in Beach just down the hill, promenade all way to old town and Benidorm that we walked most days. We loved our time here so ignore the negative reviews, will definitely come back soon. P.S Thank you for the lovely Birthday card and chocolates for my partner it's a lovely touch. Mucho Grasias Amigos

We was allocated a room on the 34th floor of the Bali hotel and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The room was spacious and the beds were changed daily. The restaurant has had a total overhaul looking beautifully clean and fresh. Although this is one largest hotel in Benidorm the food was always hot and replenished continuously. We had a very good holiday at the Bali and will certainly be returning

Read previous Reviews so was apprehensive before arrival. On arrival, my other half and me were checked in by Patricia (room was ready early) who was in on a surprise by my father in law to suprise my girlfriend whom they hadn’t seen each other for a long time. She then proceeded to bring out the ‘manager’ who turned out to be my other halves dad popping out from behind the check encounter which meant for the best suprise. This personal touch by Patricia (especially when they could have just said no as they were busy) made our stay so memorable and the customer service was excellent. Thanks again to Patricia honestly wouldn’t recommend more. The rooms are nice and the shower powerful and hot. Didn’t seem to que too long for lifts and the food was always a good selection and hot. For what you pay here at this hotel is absolutely spot on! The all inclusive Beer is Amstel which is a nice lager and always served cold, also a wide range of spirits included in the all inclusive offer.

We booked this hotel and we was told and as advertised on their website as being Disabled accessible I thought it would be perfect for my mum! Who has never been on holiday due to her fear of not being able to get around I spoke to a member of hotel 6 months before who informed me we would be on the 1st floor and explained we would be able to use the scooter around the hotel but not in the room. As my mum can not walk no more then 4 steps so we did not bring her wheelchair as we told their is one in the hotel we could use just to get to the room. This is where it starts we checked in it was very early in the morning and it was raining so I went to cheek in to get the wheel chair leaving my mum in the rain which is fine because we can’t help the weather what is not fine is being ignored for nearly 20 minutes while my mum is outside. Finally I got the wheel chair and wow I’m just gonna show the videos,a broken wheel chair the sheen was broken and the sit was broke I was shocked but didnt want it to stop us from enjoying our hoilday. When we went to cheek in the we was told we would be on the 26th floor!! 26th floor my mum can not walk any more the 4 steps when I explained this the rudest guy I have ever been just said it better sort it in the morning. We come down in the morning and the lovely lady did help us but the room wasn’t ready untill 2 because someone was in it… this is not okay at all and then we explained our concerns to reception we was told by a guy man that the owner no longer approvals of the disabled access showing on the website as their was a problem last week with a disabled person and he washed he’s hands with disabled people. This broke my heart to just outright discriminate like this to a group of people. We then did call and book our own wheel chair which I would of done first off but as I was told I could use their chair and the scooter around the hotel. I ended up paying out an extra £200. The food was okay and the hotel was nice but this just ruined it for us. We payed £1000 to stay here and went to stay in another hotel on the Wednesday and it cost £180 and wasn’t even disabled access but they did more for us then this hotel. The entertainment was awful(not all) but the one we saw, It’s way to fair away from the old town. We couldn’t leave at all. Sorry to have to write this.

Let's just say the customer service here was TERRIBLE. The receptionist called us stupid and wouldn't process a basic request of wanting to purchase an extra room. The rooms itself are pretty outdated, and the bathroom had some black mould growing. The food was pretty average, lots of selection for dinner. I went in April and it was extremely busy, definitely would not recommend in summer - taking the lift to your room will take around 10 minutes. Went to the spa, and the receptionist there was absolutely horrendous. I contacted Hotel Bali and left a formal complaint in which I received no response for. Definitely would not recommend spa - woman kept coming in to say '15 minutes left', '5 minutes left.' Felt like we were being monitored the whole time, definitely not a relaxing experience. And just to top it off, be prepared to pay for a swimming hat that doesn't even come complimentary. Everything is a rip off.

Not sure how to start this but listed as a four star hotel booked all inclusive for me and a friend for our 40th birthday the first holiday we’ve had without our children. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 at night we were quite abruptly greeted we hadn’t eaten or had anything to drink! We were all inclusive and We were told that that finished at 11 pm there was no where open anywhere around the hotel to go and get anything to eat or drink, so we was a bit annoyed that they couldn’t provide just a sandwich or something which I know they could’ve done. When booking the holiday it was stated as all inclusive and said that it meets all dietary requirement needs well. Let’s say they don’t stipulate on their website. This all inclusive means drinks finish at 11 pm and do not include any cocktails only Local spirits. I am an annoying vegetarian so booking all inclusive didn’t suit me at all as everything nearly enough there included ham or some kind of meat or fish. When it came to breakfast don’t get me wrong they had a nice selection but being veggie even the scrambled egg had ham in it. I did ask the manager in The downstairs restaurant if they had anything like mushrooms or any other vegetarian option he bought Me a bowl of frozen mushrooms that I had to pop in the microwave which was a little bit disappointing. We went out each day so didn’t know what they had for lunch but even in the dinnertime meal I only had really the option of chips, mash potato or salad. Everything has some kind of ham or meat in it so didn’t really see the point of getting all inclusive there as they don’t meet any dietary requirements even when I asked for some sort of veggie option I was told we don’t really have a vegetarians option I was told by them reception staff “ not good hear for vegetarians” so little disappointed! Not to go on too much, but even the snack bar that was open during the day you had notion of burger hotdog chips, salad rolls or rice with ham so only had a cheese salad roll😂. We was told that we had to leave the room by midday we had the housekeeping staff knocking at 9:45 asking how long until we leave and I then said we don’t have to be out till 12 and she said well. Are you going to be long? Our flight wasn’t until 7 o’clock in the evening. Our transport came to collect us to take us to the airport but the all inclusive finished at midday so had to go out to get some lunch and stuff before we left even though when we got to the hotel we couldn’t get anything but we had to , end our inclusive at midday I think they should’ve allowed it until we left the hotel. We didn’t get anything on the first day a little disappointing. The hotel looks lovely from the outside lovely in the reception area and the dining areas but when you go onto the floors upstairs and the rooms were a little bit disappointing and drab. It’s like they put all their effort and energy into the reception area and forgot about the rest of the floors and rooms. T

Fantastic hotel. Don’t be swayed by negative reviews. I stayed for a week as a solo traveller and the hotels services were second to none. I upgraded to a premium room on 19th floor. The view was to die for. I stayed half board and found the food absolutely fine, with a great selection. Drinks were also very reasonably priced. I enjoyed every minute and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Hotel Gran Bali, you’re a star!
