Excellent hotel, a lot of variety in the buffet, it is located to go to various points in the city, the staff's attention is excellent, we buy excursions at the hotel which is more practical, they help you with what you need, we will surely return, 100% recommended, The facilities are very good and at night the show was great, from my point of view a luxury hotel in all aspects

Rooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

Stayed here from 8th - 11th April 2024 as a group of 9 for a hen party. Cannot fault the hotel one bit! It was spotless and every surface was sparkling the housekeeping staff do an amazing job and are extremely friendly. Every single staff member was fantastic with us all, and every single one always had a smile on their faces and couldn’t do enough for you. There’s one member of staff in particular (I think he may have been the chef) I wasn’t sure of his name but he was going around singing “happy happy okay happy happy” every single day especially during breakfast which I thought was fantastic such a happy gentleman definitely made us all smile in the mornings. The breakfast choice was fantastic and a huge selection on offer and every single one of us always managed to find something we liked for breakfast. We also purchased food on the last day before our transfer arrived and the chef put little love hearts in the cheese on 2 members of our groups food which I thought was a fab little touch to make the food a little different. Honestly would highly recommend this hotel altho maybe not for young children as it is mainly stags/hens and big groups. We all had street view rooms and the noise wasn’t loud at all altho we weren’t there during “peak” season.

I have just returned from a 4 night break in this hotel arrived Sunday 9th Feb, I arrived at 12.20pm and as I had emailed prior to arrival to let them know (check in is 4pm) they kindly had a room available for me. I got room 204 and check in was average, the guy on reception was friendly, so was the girl working a couple of nights, the other staff were pleasant. The room sees little sun (ask for a room facing Tommys Bar or the sea) through the day, maybe because of the time of year. It has a balcony, 2 chairs and a table, the room was very clean and the hotel enforced all the current covid measures including gloves at breakfast. Breakfast was OK, but get there before 9.45am as they will be clearing everything away by them. There is a nice pool area, the pool was closed as it is out of season, the sunbeds were one position only and they would do better with adjustable ones. It was nice and quiet and hot enough to sunbathe, there may have been a sun terrace but the steps were chained off The room has a safe, cost me 6 euros for the 4 nights a bargain compared to some places, although I believe all hotels should provide a digital free safe to save carrying a key out with you. The bed was comfy and clean and I slept well, plenty blankets, air con too or temperature to adjust. The TV (small wall mounted) has one English station ( I couldn't care less, but some of you may have kids) and that was News Francais in English. No fridge which is a shame, plenty storage space for me nd would have been enough should two people be using the room. Toiletries provided, the bathroom has a hairdryer in there too, but I am bald so no idea how good it was. The shower was plenty powerful and good hot water I believe the hotel caters mainly for the Spanish who think nothing of gathering and chatting in the restaurant at breakfast despite a queue behind them or if they are blocking access to the breakfast. There are 2 coffee, juice and toast stations but you may have to wait a while for the toaster, it seemed popular. To get here I took the ALSA bus from Airport to Avenida Europa at 9.8 euros one way and it is a five minute walk. There are buses every hour I would expect there to be more than that in summer and the journey is approx 50 minutes. You can buy tickets I paid on the bus itself, departs from the 2nd floor far right of departures Plenty small shops nearby and the beach and bars are a 5 minute walk. On the front beware the potato men scamming you with the find the lady trick and their accomplices winning everytime to make it look easy (if you pick the right one they squeeze the potato and the pea sticks inside so when they lift it, it isn't there) and picking pockets or bags, the other scam is the friendship bracelet someone ties on your wrist then demands money and wont leave you till they have something from you, not seen this recently on my travels, the last time being Rome a few years ago Room, clean, good size, comfy bed, safe, no fridge, balcony, TV Sta
Apartamentos Mariscal 4 y 5 by Gestaltur

Four of us booked this apartment for a girly 5 day holiday through Booking.com. We stayed in block 5, on the 10th floor (flat B). We collected the keys from Gestartur SL rental who took a bond on our credit card. The apartment block was traditional with two lifts and well maintained / clean communal areas. From the back of the apartment block there were lovely views of the mountain. Our apartment was clean and nicely painted, with dated pine furniture. There was plenty of room for the four of us and more than met our expectations. The intention of this holiday was to spend quality time together without breaking the bank. We managed to prepare and cook our meals at the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed including saucepans, a fridge, cooker and kettle. There was ample storage on the shelves for the items we brought with us. We found the crockery and placemats in the sideboard below the TV. There were two single beds in the bedroom and a sofabed (a little worn-out) in the lounge. The bathroom was small with no hairdryer or shower cubicle, but it was practical with the only mirror in the apartment. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom or hallway. There was a big terrace, where we spent most evenings chatting and people watching. From the terrace there was a glimpse of the sea, views of the two pools and Calle Gerona with the Broadway Pub being directly in our eye-line. It was nice to see kittens being fed each morning by a neighbour. It was possible to pay for a safe and air con (no unit in the bedroom). There was free WiFi, portable electric heaters in the wardrobe and a tiny TV in the lounge (we didn't use it). During our stay we went shopping at Consum, which was less than a minutes walk. The supermarket was well stocked with bread, cereal, milk, butter, pasta etc. There were lots of bars and restaurants near to the apartment including a tapas bar next door. We ate at Bar Mallorca and Palm Court, and had takeaway curry and chips from the DayNight Bar. During our stay we visited the markets, the Dove Park, Parque de L'Aigüera and Jokers to watch the Meatloaf tribute act. On Friday evening we attended the Flash Hotel to see The Fusion (music by Madness, Clash, Jam etc). We also spent an afternoon in the Black Chicken karaoke Bar, visited the Westend Show Bar and drunk at Tommy's Bar, Daytona Rock Bar, Heartbreak Hotel, Andy's, Buddies and Western Saloon. The apartment was in a great location with a well lit road leading to the block. The area was a little secluded and quiet considering how close it was to the square and strip. Most days we walked about 7 minutes to Levante Beach where we ate picnics prepared at the apartment. We spent some time at the pool area, which was laid with false grass with room for sunbeds. We thoughly enjoyed our self catering holiday, because it gave us so much flexibility. On the day of check out, we left the apartment as we found it (clean).
