Cheap but ok place to stay over. Icemashine was broken but the receptsionist bought ice to me! That is service!

Outstanding customer service
This hotel did the job for an affordable stop to sleep on a family road trip. Clean enough and comfortable enough, and we'd definitely stay again for a quick stopover.
Where this place really stuck out was their customer service! My son left his earbuds in the room, and we didn't remember till 90 minutes after we left. We could not turn around, so I called the desk; they found the earbuds, and put them in the mail almost immediately! They acted like this was no big deal, and told us don't worry about paying them back, although I did send them money to pay for the shipping. I am so impressed with their efforts and highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service ...this isn't my first time staying here ... the guy that owns this place is soooo nice friendly and caring he cares about everybody's stay being the best it can be ....and will gladly do anything to make your stay as good as possible .. the rooms are spotless and super comfortable the beds are very plush like and comfy as well ... definitely recommend staying here and the price is Great for the customer service the comfortable rooms and the kindness of the man that owns it ..this definitely will be my spot for as long as i work out in benton . Thank You for wonderful hospitality ...
