Room was kind of dusty.................................

Kamenoi Hotel Beppu is conveniently located near the JR station and main bus terminal, making it easy to travel to various parts of the city, including Beppu's Jigoku, via public transport. The hotel features a hot spring bath, perfect for the adventurous traveller looking to relax after a day of exploration. The rooms are more spacious than the typical Japanese hotel, which is especially beneficial for those travelling with children or large luggage.

Some stains in the toilet. Hotel is not very near the station. The staff at the hotel is excellent. Overall, I will still recommend this hotel.

Good selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. Whole building of car park so no problem of parking your car.

Many tour groups. Breakfast was crowded between 7am to 9am. Very helpful staff.

Attractive pricing, clean and tidy, buffet breakfast tastes good and have sufficient variety.

It is an great hotel with enough space for 3 baggages and providing hot spring for customers. Will consider to book the same hotel even it is an older one

Don stay here. Avoid. Only three slow elevator. Have to wait in line for the elevator Room Aircon dated and cannot adjust temperature. Ventilation is very bad. Dirty room carpet. Old, old old hotel Dated room Parking available beside hotel and free but difficult to access from hotel. Just avoid

Great hotel overall. Had a room with an amazing view too.

For those driving, please note that there are limited parking lots behind the hotel building. If it's full, you'll need to park at the multi-story car park beside the hotel, which doesn't come with a lift. Several convenience stores are located nearby the hotel. Overall, the check-in experience was smooth. However, the wait for the lift is quite lengthy, as there are only three lifts serving all customers. It took me 10 minutes to go down during peak hours.

Location is not bad 10 mins to train station and 10 mins to the shopping mall

The housekeeping didn’t put towels and Yukata in our room. It took ages for the front desk staff to bring us towels while my kids are waiting, naked, after bath. Problematic management and do not recommend.

Worth the money. Public bath is available. Breakfast is buffet and lots of selections. Location is closed to the station.
