Rebooked this place after our first stay coz its beds are really comfy, and is strategically located to where we were supposed to pick up our rental car (3 min walk away). Value for money hotel! The self-service check in is pretty straight forward too.

They clearly don't have enough hair dryers in stock, and there's no strict return policy. I had to wait twenty minutes to get one, and even then, I had to pay a deposit for it. When they refunded the deposit, they did it in NOK, which ended up costing me money.

On the other side of the old city, you can walk over, it takes about 20 minutes, you can also take the bus. We arranged the room on the second floor for us. The result was that we had to go down the stairs on the third floor. It was too inconvenient for us to carry the big box. Although the breakfast is not many varieties, the quality is very good.

I love everything about this hotel!! It was exceptional especially for the breakfast, i can’t help but be so greedy that i ate everything served. (don’t worry there were no food waste!! everything went directly to our belly🤣) we got free room upgrade as well with amazing view. at night we played some board games to spend time as outside was too cold

This brand new apartment is located in one of Bergen's nicest neighbourhoods. It is located by "småpudden", a footbridge that takes you over to Møhlenpris and the city center and close to public transport (city rail and bus), which provides easy access to Bergen city center and other major sights in Bergen.The apartment has a sea view, a balcony and access to a roof terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful view towards Bergen Centre, Ulriken, Løvstakken and Damsgårdssundet.The apartment is on the 4th floor, and on the 1st floor you will find an organic bakery (opening autumn 2023). Right outside the door there are beautiful quayside promenades, floating jetty, kayak launch, cafes, restaurants, open meeting places, shops and fitness centre.Parking right outside the door is available for NOK 250 extra per night. Send the registration number of the car and we will arrange parking for you if desired. Having said that, the apartment is so centrally located that a car will not be necessary (depending on your needs of course).Important information regarding beds: 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. The location is superb. Just about 5-7mnts walk to train station. Surrounding lots of food. Our room is facing the pond. Wich is very nice. We love the breakfast area. Spacious, pretty coz they put fresh flower on each table. Lots of food choices and Staff is very attentive and polite. Just that our room is at the corner and they forgot to clean the rubbish bin from previous guests. The room is not that big but there is balcony and I love it coz they split the beds and the area where u can take out your shoes (they even put a bench there) and hang ur jackets. Check-in process is pretty fast too. We reached around 3pm and the room is ready. It’s also walking distance to all the major attractions. If we hv a chance, we ll come back again!

Excellent location. 3-5min walk to tram #1 that takes you to the airport for an affordable price. Walk behind towards harbour, you will see Bryygen & fish market, all within 5-10min walk. After fish market is the 5hr ferry to flam, Norled. Train station is 15-20min walk beyond the fpuntain/pond. Room is spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4, as the sofa can sleep 2. The dish washer was not cleaned out & the dishes were left quite dirty from previous guests. I did a clean up of the kitchenette & sanitised the room myself. The next guest will be pleased. They did clear the garbage daily & reception was very helpful. Washing machine was not functioning well but you can still wash. Took abt two rounds, and it's free, just buy the laundry pods from reception. A small supermarket Rema1000 is nearby and there were plenty of food choices around, incl mcdonalds. All in all, we were pleased with the lodging.

This is a very distinctive hotel, I highly recommend everyone to stay. The hotel reception is only one meter wide and is at the far left of the restaurant counter. The hotel building is old, so it is adapted to local conditions, and the room types of each room are different. The main colors in the room are black and purple, quiet and elegant. The room is clean and tidy, and all the service staff I have contacted are very good and help us solve various problems. I booked a no breakfast on Ctrip, and the front desk gave us a free breakfast. The breakfast provided is quite satisfactory, which is considered good among the hotels here in Norway. I came to Bergen with my children to take an interview exam for further study. I worked remotely in the room for two days, and I felt that the room was a bit dark and the lighting was not enough. This is the only small regret I feel. I will choose this hotel again if I come to Bergen for pure fun in the future.

Cute little hotel in close proximity to the fisherman’s market and about 8 minute walk to Bryggen. Was easy to get to with the airport bus (about 3 minutes from the stop) I was a bit worried about the lack of air conditioning as the weather was quite hot while staying, but it wasn’t a problem. I kept the dial continuously at -5, not sure if that really did anything. Friendly and helpful people working behind the desk at check in and out. Breakfast was a wide assortment of local and western foods. Liked the assortment. There didn’t really seem to be a worker whose job it was to clear tables as that process was slow. But there was space upstairs to eat. Room was very clean with big windows, but can’t see out them as they are stained. Bed was a bit soft for my liking, like really soft and the shower leaked out onto the floor, but I think it’s reasonable considering the other positives and the price point of the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again if ever in Bergen.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of everything. The front desk upgraded my room, which was much more spacious and comfortable. I requested a quiet room, and the hotel took note and arranged a room facing the courtyard, which was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. The hygiene facilities are about average for Scandinavia. Again, a reminder: when staying in Scandinavian hotels, bring your own toothbrush and slippers; this hotel also requires body lotion. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and it starts very early, suitable for those catching a train or on a tour. Overall, a very comfortable stay, and I would stay again next time.
