Good location and polite staff. Not the best room for the price in terms of size and decorations.

Clean hotels, but not in the city area.

The hotel is well located and entender we needed something and called reception, we would have someone at the room quickly.

Was much better when it was a Sofitel Hotel a few years ago. Now quite a basicly run hotel. I believe better ones can be found in Berlin for the same price points.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Zoo Station, and convenient to go anywhere. There are Chinese restaurants, Chinese supermarkets, and even milk tea shops nearby. The room is considered very large in Europe, and it has all the facilities you need. Everything is good, but I don't know why the water in the bathtub is so yellow (it's actually even yellower than it looks in the photo), and the tap water in Germany doesn't seem to be very good.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. There is a subway and many shopping malls around. It is also within walking distance to William Cathedral. It is also convenient to eat around, and you can basically reach it by foot! The room is equipped with Bose speakers, which makes this trip very pleasant. I can relax when I return to the hotel every day! The breakfast of this hotel is also the most abundant in our trip to Europe! The room and bathroom are also very spacious, and it is quite comfortable to live in. The only drawback is that the double beds in European hotels are only 0.8 meters, which is a bit small!

The hotel is ok, but I feel ripped off. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that we could upgrade the room type for 80 euros, 160 euros for two days, and we paid 320 euros for 2 rooms in total. When we got to the room, it was actually the room type we booked before. Other things were ok, the breakfast and the executive lounge were good.

I personally think this is the best five-star hotel in Berlin and I would stay there again.

Stayed again, as always good. The room is large and comfortable. The only thing is that the washbasin is too high and too wide, which is a bit inappropriate for Chinese women. They can only wash their faces on tiptoes.
