The food for the breakfast is a bit bad, but the facilities were great. The beds were comfortable to sleep.

Prime location, just a few minutes walk from train station that’s one stop from Berlin Central Station. Within walking distance to many Berlin attractions. Clean and bright room. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Service also good.

very good location. service with no complain , very clean ! be attention that the hotel take 5% additional fee , that i couldn't know.

The hotel is okay, not the best room service. The spa area is quite small and not very comfortable when more than 4 people are present. The bed was big and comfortable, only the pillows were very high and hard, but they were replaced swiftly. If you are looking for a more luxurious and comfortable hotel, I would not suggest choosing this one.

The location is excellent, the double bed is very large, two adults with a child do not need an extra bed. The decoration of a five-star hotel feels a bit like a four-star hotel, but the bedding is good.
