Good, clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. Rooms have no amenities like toothpaste, you have to request that, and a half-liter bottle of water is vastly overpriced at 9EUR. Fix that, Hilton.

I often use Hilton on business trips. This is because the service, facilities, and location are excellent. I used DoubleTree By Hilton in Berlin for the first time. The flight time was delayed, so I checked in after midnight. This stay was more regrettable because I used it personally. 1. The problem with the card key in the room I received at check-in, and one card key I received at check-in had errors, so I had to go to the counter several times and get it reissued. 2. Cleaning problem: The food left by the previous guest was left in the refrigerator, and the cleaner came into the room right after the knock around 8 a.m. (I didn't have time to answer it), and I had to work until late, so I went to sleep in the morning, but I couldn't sleep. 3. I came out of the room just after 11 a.m., and returned to the room at 4:30 p.m., but it was not cleaned. I called the counter and asked for a towel because it was not cleaned, and there was no water provided as a service, so I called the counter again and tried to request it. Hilton has good facilities. The location is on Kurfürstendamm, which is a convenient choice for shopping and taking a ride. There are fitness and sauna facilities. The breakfast was good, not rich but enough. What I like most is that they can choose different tea leaves by themselves, and there are tea compartments, which is very nice.

A good and solid 5 star hotel. However, no minibar. You have to buy drinks at reception, but they don't have mineral water available. The rooms are modern but quite small. The location is great and Kurfürstendamm, for example, can be reached quickly on foot. All in all 4 out of 5 points.
