The room is good, the service is OK, but it is a bit busy when there are many people. The location is also convenient. Overall, it is still a place worth staying. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

The bed is very comfortable, the room is large, the decoration is good (there is even a crystal chandelier), the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the waiter will come to care, remind you to pick up the last meal, and even chat during breakfast. The hotel should be located in the former location of West Berlin. The environment and atmosphere are quite good in comparison. It is not far from shopping areas such as Berlin Zoo and department stores and can be reached on foot. However, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the subway station and is mostly made of stone. The road will be tiring for those carrying luggage. In addition, the decoration of the hotel corridor is dark red and the lights are a bit dim, which makes it a bit awkward for a person to come back in the middle of the night.

The location of the hotel was great, the hotel was very clean, and the bed was comfortable and nice. Also, it was very convenient because they gave you slippers if you told them at the front desk, and the front desk staff was friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is excellent, the location is convenient, good area. Breakfast is very varied and tasty, buffet style. But if you want to leave earlier, you will not get a refund for the days you paid for.

The room is big enough, but not new; there are toiletries; remember to bring your own slippers; you can walk to tourist attractions within 2-3 kilometers; there is also a small supermarket opposite which is also very good

Overall OK, good location

Floor was dirty, crumbs and fluff of dust in the room. Bathroom was well equipped. Rich breakfast buffet and nice service.

Very clean hotel, very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Pretty quiet, although on a busy street, centrally located not far from Kurfürstendamm.

Everything was fine except for some mold in the bathroom

First room smelled of cigarettes. No room service. In real rooms are rather modest. Right on the busy road.

Rated as a four star hotel. In my opinion, more like a 2 or 3 star. Rooms were an okay size. No body lotion, no bathroom, complimentary water in room. Towels very thin. Mold in shower, Bed ok but pillows are awful. A/C not great. Room never got cool and it’s was around 85 degrees outside. Not centrally located. About a 40 min walk to center of town. Breakfast was good. Can order eggs and coffee from waitstaff. Front desk staff nice and welcoming.
