The Restaurant and the meals were nice and good. The pitcher wine was too expensive. The welcome at the reception unfriendly. The rooms are ugly, dirty and old. The bed and blanket were smelling as never been washed. The old nasty carpet gave us the rest. Never again campanile.

Reserve in booking a three-bed room for three people, there is no one in reception and it takes 15 minutes to appear, sweatless disguised and dirty cleans the sweat with a trap while speaking without saying hello, He says they have changed to a room for only one person and that is not ready, they don't wait 1h to prepare the room ( at 5 p.m.!) but still they could not prepare the third bed and gave me the shoes in the reception, Surprise when reaching the room (small, dirty and older than Matusalem) there are only two beds so tight that the bags are not suitable, the third bed is not there!! The receptionist comes because according to the third bed is under the others, but not and I don't know where they had put it!!! He tells me that he can't do anything and that we won't have a third bed and he goes, without even trying to find a solution, leaves me shit. I never complained of all this, not of his absence, nor of the heat he makes, nor of waiting, if I had to make the bed had done it. But this is the full! I'm looking for another hotel and I'm going to announce it, for education (I could have gone and leave your card without more) again, nor speaking to me, pulling my card with a disgusting gesture and without looking at my face, nor say goodbye.
