It was the first time I had stayed at the hotel. The staff could not have been more pleasant. Beginning with Marcos and Jamisen who were at the front desk upon our arrival to Trevor and Tony who carted out butts to a restaurant and the event center. Last but not least kudos to Spiros our bartender. Everyone always had a smile on their face and were willing to help. I will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work!!!!

The hotel staff was awesome, everyone was so friendly and helpful to us. I want to recognize one Bellman who went above and beyond, Trevor was a great person who helped each time we needed something. It didn’t matter what your request was, he helped always with a big smile and friendly personality.’ Thanks everyone for a great experience The Panconi Family

Front desk understaffed for check-in, front desk water station only has mouthwash cups (so cheap!). Cannot turn the air down so room was hot, shower water pressure was abysmal.
The hotel is clearly pinching pennies and really hurting the quality of the stay. We will never go back

I flew in from Raleigh to Allentown for a family event and had requested a courtesy shuttle. Bellman Barry picked me up right on time and was so courteous and friendly. The vehicle he picked me up in was a Lincoln SUV and he even showed me how to put the seat massage on. He was absolutely wonderful and it was so nice to be greeted in such a friendly manner after a long day of traveling. Just one of the many things I love about Hotel Bethlehem. The attention to detail and over the top service are the best and something you hardly find anymore! Highly recommend!

Visited Bethlehem after a long time - my wife and I met at Lehigh when we were in graduate school. We thoroughly enjoyed 'reconnecting' with the Lehigh campus and the lovely Main Street in Bethlehem. Staying at Hotel Bethlehem was a great experience, starting with the friendly Greeting and help Trevor provided. The hotel's amenities are great, the ambiance was joyful, with some weddings happening. Also, walking to the restaurants and cafes on Main and eating alfresco was a joy!

We always choose the Bethlehem Hotel when we come to visit family in PA. It has so much charm and hospitality. We were especially happy to be greeted by Bellman Barry at our last stay in Sept. He made us feel welcomed and helped us get our luggage to our room and get us settled in a polite and genuine manner. We will definitely be back for our next stay in December. Christmas is beautiful here!

We spent our anniversary weekend at the “Historic Hotel Bethlehem.” This was our first time visiting this area; (a scenic 2 hr. drive from Newark DE.) From the moment we arrived the hospitality and service exceeded any expectations. The hotel team, Marcos, Susan, Francine, Trevor and Faith were standout team members who made our anniversary extra special. We celebrated with dinner in the stunning Hotel restaurant “1741 on the Terrace” overlooking the Bethlehem star which lights up every night. The food, ambiance, and service were exceptional. We concluded our weekend with breakfast in the front lounge which again was deliciously fresh (the hash browns were perfectly cooked and the berries fresh). What a lovely experience and memorable anniversary! A definite Hotel to revisit for any special occasion. We plan to revisit over the Christmas holiday! (All the best to the “Dear Santa” shop. Santa was so friendly and helpful along with the lovely ladies in the visitor center). Gratefully, The Delpizzo’s.

The room was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better was to have been able to open a window for fresh air.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will be coming back.
