I am frequent traveler at Bhopal and this hotel is like my home at Bhopal. I always prefer to stay at this hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located and serves wonderful food both non veg and veg. The staff are extremely courteous and professional always happy to help you with smiling face. Not mention the F&B manager, Mr Bappa Chatttoraj whobis also from West Bengal wll make your stay more comfortable. He will be always happy to listen and understands what is the exact requirement of food of a particular guest and will guide his team to serve you exactly what you are looking for! This is a blessing for travellers like me who has to travel frequently for business. Also to mention, Hemant a very nice and polite staff who is always happy to help with a smiling face!…..Hotel 18 keys is very much recommended place to stay at Bhopal and I give 5 star rating to this hotel…Thanks

I wanted to stay at Bhopal for 3 nights and was looking for reasonable accommodation when I came across this hotel. Seeing the reviews and the pictures, I thought of giving it a shot. The best part about this hotel is it is located right across Rani Kamlapati railway station and thus is in one of the most prominent places in Bhopal. The hotel is very well maintained, with a lavish and decorative lobby. The receptionist was friendly and helped in getting me checked in promptly. My room was on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Stepping outside the elevator, I was pleasantly surprised to find the floors clean and carpeted. The room was just a few steps from the elevator, which was good. The room in itself, too, was clean, neat, and well-maintained. The bathroom was sanitized and had all the accessories that were needed. The bed was soft and comfortable, too. However, the only issue I found was that the room was small for its overall size. This makes it difficult for 2 people to roam freely in the room. The breakfast was served at the ground floor restaurant. The continental breakfast consisted of a few north Indian and south Indian dishes and regular bread, jam, butter, fruit juices, fresh-cut fruits, etc. However, the breakfast spread and the variety could be improved here too. Almost every day, I found idli or mini uttapam on the menu with the same style of coconut chutney. The north Indian was either poori sabzi, chole, or something similar. But nothing more than this. While the fresh fruits were good again, the fruit juice was from the real juice tetra pack, which is unhealthy due to excessive sugar. Thus, while the stay was excellent, the hotel is well maintained and clean; there certainly are areas of improvement that should be looked into so that the guest experience goes from good to great.

I had stayed at this property for 2 nights. The property is in business hub of Bhopal city but doesn't have its own parking facility. Our next day breakfast was below average quality. I had booked this hotel through makemytrip.com & This is over priced hotel and there are many options available in vicinity with same price range. I forgot my expensive Selfie Stick (3 in 1 Selfie & Tripod Stand) in hotel and i had called hotel after couple of days later. Mr Bikram (Who got my call) promised me to check with cleaning staff and call me back but he didn't called me. Next day again i called and another person answered the call and he also said same thing. Agagin he didn't called back and i lost my stick with staff....

Excellent stay @ Giovanni! Rooms are nicely appointed, especially if you get a Superior room or better- they are a bit nicer for sure. Clean, relatively spacious bedroom with very spacious bathroom. Bed/mattress could be a bit more comfy yet pillows were good. Service is at a high level and the people working there are always willing to help! I appreciated the small touches like an umbrella upon request as it is Monsoon season. In a posh section of Bhopal in Arera Colony, nearby in walking distance to so many restos and shopping possibilities. I had so many excellent meals in less than 10 minutes walk! A great price point for a good stay in a prime area of town!!

We had a marvellous experience organising a conference in June 2024 at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, which had the presence of international donor representatives, high-level government officials and participants from Madhya Pradesh and other Indian states. Everyone one was delighted with all the arrangements, facilities, housekeeping, the excellent food and the outstanding and attentive service of the staff. Our heartfelt thanks go especially to Mr Sumeet Kishnani, who was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests right from the beginning until the end. He was always very obliging and understanding and his positive service attitude is absolutely praiseworthy. We also wish to convey our sincere appreciation to Ms Anamika, Mr Amit, Mr Harish, Mr Akash, the front office team and the Chef, Mr Mukesh Bharadwaj for their genuine hospitality to make our stay a pleasant experience. We found the Hotel Golden Tulip as an ideal venue to host international and national conferences with their top-class facilities, courteous and efficient services and comfortable and clean accommodation. Awesome place to visit in Bhopal for corporate visit. Perfect conference hall for MICE ops in heart of the city with all facilities for conferences. Rooms are beautifully crafted. Breakfast served at restaurant was delicious. Must recommend place

The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. It is located centrally. The food from the restaurant is good. You can book without breakfast, Breakfast is the only bad part. Limited menu, pure vegetarian, and very accommodating staff around, bad attitude of hotel staff. Breakfast looks like a run down place.
