This was our second visit to the property. They exceeded expectations this time. My wife and I reached on Diwali, and in the evening the staff invited us to celebrate in their premises where they had arranged for some fire crackers, and light snacks. This out of the way gesture was so generous. They even clicked pictures of everyone and handed us over a framed photograph. Again, the gesture stood out. In between, during our stay they provided soaked almonds in the room which surprised us pleasantly. Apart from these, the breakfast is so satisfying and their in room dining is also great. Taj Bhopal's exceptional service stands out and it did not disappoint even this time around.

Taj never fails to amaze. A perfect experience from checkin to checkout. Bijay in the housekeeping department was exceptional. Sourabh at the restaurant gave fantastic service. Even the infinity bar service was incredible. All in all a flawless stay.

Fabulous experience with great food and exceptional service as always, We've made it a point to mostly visit cities with Taj hotels ＜3, whether its Jaipur, Udaipur, Delhi, Gwalior, Mumbai or even Dubai, we are so spoilt by Taj Hospitality that can't think beyond it anymore

Music was have been better Otherwise good experience, Rajkumar and Pushpendra was going great service in Machan and Bimla was very helpful Excellent preparation by chef Negi Ambiance was so good All the staff was very supportive and helpful thanks to all

Taj Lakefront Bhopal is an excellent property. The hotel is new and impeccably clean. All the teams are very professional and quick. Ours was a long stay of 10 days and we couldn't find even one fault. I would like to mention and thank the below teams for their excellent work - The room service staff Gaurav, Amit, Basanti (beautiful flower arrangements with petals) and others, the Machaan staff -Deepak and everyone in the team went out of their way to meet the guests expectations, Front office team Shobhit, Ankit and others who were helpful in resolving issues beyond their duty, the ever smiling darbaans have my respect. The Ming Court chinese food is excellent too. We cannot recollect all the names but the staff made the hotel what it is, Its a must visit property while in Bhopal. I will visit again for sure.
